Stacey is the most kind and intuitive yoga instructor I’ve ever met. She took extra care to provide adjustments and alternative poses to make me feel comfortable and confident. She also took pride in creating a fully immersive experience with sound and scent that I also loved.

I came to Costa Rica with the goal of relaxation and taking a yoga class or two. My trip was significantly upgraded after I was blessed by Stacey and her yoga classes. The classes are intimate in size allowing her to provide those small adjustments we don’t often get back home in our larger studios. Because of her calm energy and attention to detail, I took a private lesson from her and learned more in one hour than I have in years from yoga. We even got some major advancements in inversions. I feel more than blessed to have met Stacey and would go back to CR just for her yoga courses. Thanks again yogi. Namaste.

Within moments of meeting Stacey, it was very obvious that she was an incredibly warm, genuine and caring person. Her ability to make people of all backgrounds and skill level feel both welcome and supported is both refreshing and unmatched. I thoroughly enjoyed taking her classes daily while in Costa Rica and felt incredibly fortunate to have my first reiki session with someone of her caliber. She is in a class all her own and would certainly be my first choice for both yoga and reiki. She is both an incredible person and instructor.

Stacey is an amazing, AMAZING yoga instructor and reiki practitioner. When I am in her yoga classes she provides such an environment of nonjudgment, compassion, warmth, and gratitude. The poses and sequences she takes you through are so nourishing and just feel so good in the body. Stacey’s Reiki sessions are incredible too. I have been to many reiki healers and none of my experiences have come close to the sessions I have with Stacey. I’m really not kidding! Stacey is like a breath of fresh air, her energy and love are next level and anyone who meets her can feel that. Thank you Stacey, you’re truly a special soul❤

I first experienced Stacey’s awesome vibe in her yoga classes and then I joined one of her breath workshops and it was an incredible experience which led me to booking a private breathwork and reiki session with her. The experience provided amazing catharsis for me and I left with new tools for self-healing. Stacey’s intuitive yet practical approach is the perfect balance because it’s pragmatic and not woo-woo or demonstrative. Her style is simple and warm and effective. Highly recommend.

I attended several yoga classes by Stacey while in Playa Grande and also did my first ever reiki session with her. The yoga classes I took were more yin style and felt soooo goood... like an energizing hug. Especially necessary if you're doing a lot of surfing/swimming/exploring. From her teaching style I could feel her warm and open energy and knew that I trusted her to try reiki. The reiki session brought me a lot of insight and clarity and I still feel the effects of it a few weeks later. Stacey is really gifted and a special person - I recommend trying to meet her while in Playa Grande.

I had the pleasure of taking a week of yoga classes with Stacey on my last trip to Costa Rica and I can’t praise her enough. She is incredibly versatile and really able to adapt her teaching and techniques to make yoga fun and accessible for anyone. If I had been able to bring her back to Montana with me I would have. If you are questioning whether you should take a class or workshop with her, the answer is yes.

I’ve never experienced anything like my reiki session with Stacey! She made me feel completely comfortable. She was incredibly in tune with what I needed. She sat with me after our session to explain the interesting sensations I felt. She is strikingly beautiful physically, but what she radiates from inside is angelic. I wish I could do reiki with her every day!

Stacey is an absolute treasure of a yoga teacher - and Reiki master! Her deep love of the practice of yoga is evident in her classes, and privates. She possesses a deep knowledge of the physical body and spiritual self, putting great care and preparation into her teachings. Her classes always have a different focus and are challenging on various levels, yet accessible to all, grounded by breath. I've found myself in poses not even realizing I was capable of, guided there by Staceys gentle, clear cues, adjustments and support. Stacey is also an incredibly gifted Reiki master. My sessions with her have been extremely cathartic and healing. She provides a safe space infused with her energy and light to connect, heal, and grow. I feel blessed, and fortunate, to have found Stacey and been able to benefit so much from her beautiful light, teachings, and energy. She has helped me grow in my practice, and my soul. I met Stacey on a chiropractic retreat where she lead morning yoga everyday. She is one of the most heart centered, compassionate people I’ve ever met. During yoga she always gave such detailed yet concise instructions that I had never heard prior to her! I had multiple instances each morning where I thought “oh wow, THAT’S how I should be doing this pose.” It really took my yoga to the next level. Her flows were so unique and beautifully created, I thoroughly enjoyed each one. She also knew, without anyone having to tell her, what we needed. She could pick up on our energy that morning and perfectly catered the practice to it without fail each time. I’ve been doing yoga on and off for about 5 years and she is the best teacher I’ve had! She also gave me the most awakening reiki experience, highly, highly recommend, Stacey is one of a kind!

Stacey is the best yoga teacher I’ve ever had, I learn a lot with her. I’m so happy that I found her in playa Grande. It wouldn’t be the same without my yoga weekly classes. She has a super deep understanding of the discipline, and I love that she shares that passion for it and can convey it with total sweetness and kindness. I met Stacey in her yoga class and knew that this would not be an ordinary workout. Her energy, music, and voice set the vibration at a very high consciousness level… transitory experience to say the least. She lives and plays in a whole life spiritual practice…a seer and knower of things invisible. Her practiced faith in the light and meditation is where her days are spent. The reiki experience changed the course of my life. We bring things to us from the souls source and she clears the energetic path to clear blocks. She is the real deal and cannot wait to see her again.

In both yoga and reiki Stacey creates such a safe and nurturing space that you can more easily let go and fully embrace the present moment. This allows for much deeper healing and more profound transformation. Stacey is also our primary facilitator for yoga and reiki at transformative retreats The Prana Foundation hosts in Costa Rica and all of our attendees rave about her! To say lives are changed under her care is an understatement. Personally I feel blessed to know and experience her loving presence and the healing she brings into my life.

I can not say enough good things about both my yoga and reiki experiences with Leela Yoga. Stacey is absolutely amazing. In practice she gently guides and pushes you, in a way that allows you to explore and connect with your body leaving you feeling energized, excited and motivated after each and every session. Stacey led two private sessions for us - a group of 8 - at the house we rented in Playa Flamingo and we could not have been happier with the sessions. She listened to what we were looking to do and her positivity and warmth were evident. We would absolutely reach out the next time we are here.
