Great place to get your COVID pcr test done. You can come without appointment in the hours in the pic, 7 days a week. I got the result in less than 24 h, and then passed by to pick it up in paper. Prices are lower than what I've seen in other places. You need to fill in a form at mipruebacovid.cr before coming

We did the PCR covid test without appointment. We was there at around 10.30am, fill in the form and get into the test. Result out in 24 hours by email or you can get the result from the hospital too. Friendly, helpful and English speaking staffs. They accept payment by cash and credit card.
The PCR test is cost $80, is way cheaper and faster than tamarindo ($140, result in 48 hours)
This hospital is a great place for your covid test.

Excelente servicio y atención del médico de emergencias (Doctor Sobrado), fuimos con mi bebé por una alergia y el trato y la orientación que nos dio el doctor fue excelente, muy objetivo y nos dio buenos consejos que nos ayudaron a tranquilizarnos un poco..

Tuvimos que regresar porque mi bebé empeoró y de nuevo la atención del Doctor Sobrado y el equipo del Hospital fue más que exelente, son muy muy humanos y demasiado profesionales. Muchas gracias a todos por la atención brindada, incluso fuera de horario.
