Must try Supreme Tortilla Arepas, cold coffee drinks, upside-down pineapple crepe....it was all outstanding. Definitely worth a stop...👍❤

Charming cafe with welcoming service. Our son was delighted by his special hot chocolate, and we enjoyed our cappuccino. Their menu offers so many enticing options. and we enjoyed our spinach and mushroom crepe and beef and cheese empanada. The outdoor seating was relaxed and peaceful with soothing music. Everything was delicious, and the waitstaff were all friendly and attentive.

Cute restaurant off highway. Latte was amazing, beef panini was flavourful, tomato pesto arepa was delicious and watermelon chia drink and dulce de leche frappe we’re outstanding. Can’t miss this place. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious food, comfortable outdoor area surrounded by plants, amazing local cold pressed juice, terrific service with an eclectic menu but not a lot of Costa Rican traditional food. Coffee drinks on the menu sounded delicious but we’ve already had so much coffee today so we didn’t try any. We ordered the beef quesadilla and the chicken mozzarella basil Panini, both were so delicious!

Loved our visit to Raices. It was raining when we got here and it made it for a really cozy experience. Food was really good. We loved the Cold Pressed juice. Overall a great experience

Stopped here on our way back from the beach. The service was excellent. My family ordered paninis, wraps, and burgers and everyone enjoyed their food. We also ordered their crepes which was a pleasant dessert. I highly recommend checking this hidden gem.

Wonderful stop on the highway... hidden little gem. Great menu, bakery options, coffee, milkshakes and friendly staff! 10/10, more stars if I could!

Raíces is the best restaurant in the Liberia area. My husband and I always stop when we’re going to the airport. We also look forward to Raíces as the highlight of the day. The food and drinks are excellent as is the service. Lovely people run this restaurant.

Stopped here for the first time as we were driving south. Phenomenal breakfast with great service. They have an extensive menu for both breakfast and lunch. Our server spoke excellent English. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing food, great service and the coffee is some of the best I have ever had. Trying all the frapes to test which one is the best. So far dulce de leche surprised me most. We will see you soon!

Rare find! Unique menu, beautiful presentation, well balanced flavors. The crepes were delicious as was the arepa. We tried the fruit crepe, the chicken and mushroom crepe, and the egg and bacon arepa.

Best food in all of Costa Rica in my opinion. The owner and staff are incredibly kind and friendly. Each and EVERY item of food is perfect. The drinks, the sides, the main course, the breakfast and the lunch . I have come back twice and am stopping by once more before flying home because I cannot get enough of this place. I recommend this to anyone in Costa Rica and know you will agree with me! Muy Sabroso!

Excellent cafe, right off the highway and easy to find. Burger was excellent, and the chai tea frappe was so good that I drank half before remembering to take a photo!

Great vibe! So happy we stopped at Café Raíces! Just needed a little snack for the drive. Carrot cake was fantastic, LOVED my Chai tea and my husband was very happy with his coffee. Great that cups AND lids are compostable! Service was excellent. The place was very clean and the decor was beautiful!!!
