Craig has a great provider of organic Nicaraguan beef. His house made suasages are great as well. His signature cut seems to be the Delmonico but everything is great too.

Nice people and good service. We bought a pack of 3 steaks for about 7,000 colones which I think is a reasonable price. They were absolutely delicious and very tender - highly recommend 👌 🥩

Wow! This place is in incredible! If you want high quality organic meats and friendly service, Craig is definitely the person to talk to! Beyond meat, he also has amazing hot sauce and spice mixes (as most airbnbs are not well equipped). I can't recommend this place enough as Jaco Fine Meats kept us well supplied all 3 weeks we were there on our high chicken breast diet!

What a great find! Craig and his staff were top notch - and the beef was superb. His cuts were great -- and the man even cooks up ribs and sirloin -- that was so good, we bought some cooked up sirloin and made sandwiches for lunch that day. This guys has got it going on and he makes you feel like you're truly welcome in his shop. I highly recommend this place on so many levels - you won't be disappointed. We'll be back Craig next time we are in town.

Hands down THE best bacon that I have ever had in my life, and I live in the south and eat a LOT of bacon. Also had some incredible brisket and some of the best baby back ribs I've ever had. The baby back ribs were full cut, which is not something that I've had before. Wonderful, personal service and some very high quality meat.

We ate about 2lbs of bacon in 2 days. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Never got sick of it. Will go back to Jaco just to get more

Seriously the best meat we have ever had. If you are looking for taste and quality (free range organic grass fed) this is your place. This is one of the things we miss a lot about being in Costa Rica ....you can't find this quality and flavor in Canada . The bacon was incredible as are the rib eye and sausages . Kudos.

A true jewel of a find! You will truly enjoy this experience if good meat is what you’re looking for. Owner,Craig, speaks great English so he can answer any questions and get you the best meat in Costa Rica. May even get some free samples as I did.

What to say about a place that needs no introduction. Craig is quite the character (in the best way) and his business is just as unique. This gem is the only place in Jacó you should go for your meat needs. Great prices, and even greater appreciation for quality, you won’t be disappointed.

By the way, if you stop in on a smoking day, the prime rib is to die for.

Best sirloin steak I have ever had!! Nicaraguan beef is so tender you can cut it with regular knife and it cuts through like it's butter. Great smoked sausages too.

Best meat in Costa Rica especially beef. Fresh cut to order and some pre cooked and ready for your table. Real bacon and lamb are hard to find elsewhere.

OH the Brisket !! Imported beef, house BBQ sauce, fair pricing... what's not to love...

Craig's shop provides top-quality meat and excellent service. It was the staple meat shop for me and my friend while we stayed in Jaco for a month.

You can take an airplane to Texas Miami or L.A. and get some really good steaks or just drive to this guy store in Jaco. Hands down smart money.
