Rebelissimo Gelato Genuino

Real homemade gelato. Maybe a tad on the sweet side, but delicious. The pistachio was the right color, i.e. no artificial coloring was added. The Affogato was made properly and served in a martini glass, as it should be. Sure it’s a little expensive, so just go once and enjoy!

2022-12: Best gelato of three we tried in Costa Rica and pretty good for my high gelato standards 😜 the texture and the taste were great!

This was probably the best ice cream i’ve ever had in my life. all of the flavors were so unique and obviously made with real fresh ingredients. The key lime pie was absolutely delicious. A must visit in Jaco!

Such rich flavors of gelato! Hubby loved sea salt caramel, I loved the toasted coconut. Also sample the vegan chocolate which was really good. Pretty decor and fun atmosphere!

We both got cookies and cream. Perfect creme texture with excellent taste. Waffle cones are fresh!

Wonderful coffee (come when girl at a shift - guy doesn't know how to make it best) and nice place to sit on a sidewalk with internet connection

If you want to try genuine new flavors of Ice Cream and good coffee - I think it's the best place in Jaco

This is a must stop everybody should do in Jaco. Their variety of flavors is amazing and simply some of the best gelato you can get in CR. Such delicious homemade taste.

5/5 there are many flavors to choose. Sometimes they’re not so obvious. Portions are very huge. They are a bit too sweet but tasty.

THIS IS REAL ICE CREAM! Got a small cup of the Mint Chocolate, and a coconut affogato. Wow! Super good. You can literally taste the freshness of ingredients. Will go back many times.

On the way down the coast we stopped a Jaco beach. It was a hot one, so we decided to stop and get something cold. We landed at Rebelissimo Gelato.

The store was clean, presented extremely well and the staff was very helpful. They allowed us to sample a few flavors before to help us land on the final selection. They had a number of unique flavors and the three that we tried were fantastic! If you are in the area, stop in.

Best vegan (and other) ice cream in Jaco. Friendly staff, nice location reasonably priced. Can't recommend this place enough, in my opinion probably the best ice cream in the world!!!

We absolutely loved the gelato here! My kids both raved about their choices (mint chip and key lime pie). We were also very happy to find plenty of delicious vegan options. The dragonfruit and dark chocolate were amazing!

AMAZING artisanal ice cream!! We got ice cream here EVERY DAY while we stayed in Jaco--so good! I had the Mint with chocolate and it was unique in the sense that it was actual mint leaves, not the artificial stuff you normally get. I also tried the lavender blueberry and have never ever found this good of Lavender ice cream in all my travels (over 40 states and 3 countries!) **She only take cash**
