Delicious food - the best vegan dishes I ate in Cuba (guacamole, rice with vegetables), fresh lemonade, extensive list of cocktails, beautiful interior and friendly waiters (speaking English fluently). Easy way to make an order by marking items on the menu. I truly recommend this place.

A really nice restaurant with good cuisine and service. Prices for main entry are about 10-15 CUC. My fish was fresh but quite dry. My wife's lamb was exqusite though. Oh, and the brownie... fantastic :)

Without question the best restaurant in Cuba: an excellent choice of tasty and well presented food served by attentive staff in a beautiful colonial building.

You're given two disposable menus when you arrive - one for food, the other for drinks. You can write quantities next to the items you wish to order for your table. These are recorded by the waiting staff and used to calculate your bill at the end of the meal.

I can recommend the fried malangas - crispy to the crunch, a bit like potato croquettes. For mains, the chicken chocolate curry is excellent and remains savoury with the depth of flavours. The ice cream here is very good too if you're looking for a dessert option.

The staff speak English and are some of the best waiting staff we came across in an affordable (for tourists) restaurant. They really make the effort to look after you which is refreshing in Cuba.

There is a charm to the place with the decor and printed material designed to mimic a former printing press. This is made apparent in the quirky titling of the menu.

In closing, a visit to Trinidad is not complete without a meal here. Highly recommended!

A really unique restaurant in Trinidad, with an innovative ordering style, attentive service, excellent cocktails and even better food! A must visit if you are in the area - I would highly recommend the lamb curry special as it was divine! The stylistic use of old periodicals really adds to the atmosphere and the bathroom is bigger than my flat.

It is also worth noting that you can pay in US dollars and Euros, and will receive a 10% discount on your bill if you choose to do so.

We had a wonderful night here, good food, good wine and good live music. We even bought their CD(support cubans) for our road trip and as a souvenir. They speaks good English.

If you are looking for a more classy restaurant in Trinidad I recommend you this one. You will find a good service and great food. A combination between traditional and international kitchen.

Nice restaurant with an interesting selection of dishes, located in the heart of Trinidad just a block away from the Viazul station. No internet access.

A fantastic find in Trinidad, we loved this place! The menu was extensive and the food was the freshest we had during our time in Cuba. The curry special was really nice, as were the daiquiri's! And luckily this restaurant has it's own generator so you should find it's open for business even when the rest of the town may be in darkness :)

This was by far the best place we ate in Trinidad if not our whole trip to Cuba. We had looked at reviews before we arrived and this was certainly on our list but due to excursions and it being fully booked we didnt eat here til the 3rd day. Wow. We were blown away - the Caribbean fish curry - highly recommended. It was so good we booked for our last night too. Other places were recommended to us but none matched the quality and flavour here. YOU MUST BOOK. Dont miss it!!!

Excellent food, including some great vegetarian/vegan options – so good we came back for dinner after having lunch the day before. The food is Cuban with a European 'twist'. The black bean dip was amazing as was the seafood. Tip for vegans: their delicious house sauce was made with mayo, so try asking for an alternative – seems like the sort of place that would cater. Portions were a little small considering the price, but it was a welcome change from the large Cuban meals we'd had.

This place is amazing!
A huge selection of vegetarian options (many meat options as well). The pumpkin soup is absolutely delicious, the frozen lemonade is very refreshing. Nice and roomie place, friendly people.
I’d definitely recommend!😃

The best food we had in Cuba! (from Baracoa to Havana to Viñales). The food was so good we came back for dinner the next day. Also the ambience is very nice with live music every night. They have more vegetarian options, the absolute best we had was the vegetarian burger. Turists know how to find the place so it’s crowded and sometimes you have to wait for a table (making reservations is an option). Also; it was the best food we had but also the most expensive.

This is, hands down, the best food that I've ever had in Cuba. (I've been three times, spending time in Havana, Viñales, Cienfuegos, and Trinidad.) It's a restaurant that I would put in my regular repertoire if it were in my neighborhood in Atlanta. The waiters are quirky (they wear blazers with Bermuda shorts) and endearing. The curry is mouthwateringly delicious. 10/10.

Amazing place. After seeing and eating the same Cuban food in other cities, some good and some bad it was great to see someone get creative with their menu. Cuban food with international accents and vice versa. Their "iced" coffee is to die for (basically a milk+ice frappe milkshake).

Ended up eating here 4 times in 2 days. Other places have interesting decor and architecture too but that lasts 5 minutes - couldn't justify not having the best food of our week in Cuba again. The chef supposedly has not travelled but I find that hard to believe. Pumpkin soup, falafel salad, roast lamb, slowcooked pork, all so good!

Friendly staff great service, prices higher than surroundings but cheap compared to Havana (28 CUC dinner for 2 w a drink ea). Little busy and slow at night at times so just chill out with a drink or two.

You must go there! La Redaccion is one of the best restaurant in Cuba which I have tried. Colonial atmosphere, great drinks (love your Piňa colada) and delicious meals. I recommend for vegetarians as well. :)

Food, drinks, and the live music are very good here, but the service is the best you'll find in Cuba. I would highly recommend coming here at least once during a visit to Trinidad.
