Really nice hotel next to ski resort. Good and fresh rooms. Nice swimming pool and great sauna. Good playground for kids inside. Good restaurant and reasonable prices.

A wonderful place. Nicely decorated, clean and modern rooms, a fantastic indoor pool, an amazing restaurant and a splendid view to all the Ore mountain peaks. Plus, great staff. But, shhh, don't tell anyone. If you do and if people from everywhere around the Czech Republic and Germany come here it won't be a secret hideaway anymore.

Great hotel. Close to the slopes and cross country ski tracks. Parking, spa pool, sauna, whirlpool, children playground, good breakfast, restaurant and great beer. Pets are allowed. Floor heating in bathroom and kitchen area, heater near bed. Overheated at the time of our stay.

One of the best hotels in Czech Republic. Everything is clean, the room was big, delicious food in the restaurant, very nice and warm swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. In every room, you have your own little kitchen with dishes. There is also a fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher and a cooker. The beds are long and very comfortable. Hotel staff is very friendly. Right next to the hotel is a ski resort. This hotel offers also a game room for children. Breakfast is included in the price and there is a private parking just for hotel guests. This hotel is located on the Plešivec mountain, 1028 metres above the sea level. So if you are looking for very good hotel with swimming pool, breakfast included in price, friendly staff, ski resort right next to the hotel, jacuzzi and sauna in the region of Karlovy Vary, this is the best option.

The best place in the Plesivec area for having rest with family.

Parádní výhledy, husa menu, husí paštika lahůdka, příjemný posezení, obsluha pozorná, stylové prostředí, možná do toho úplně nepasuji trofeje z afr. kontinentu, ale tak nějak to neruší a na druhou stranu stylové kousky jako například stůl z napájecího koryta, to je nádhera, u stolu maximální všeobecná spokojenost. Lze jen doporučit

Tento hotel jsme navštívili už po druhé. Perfektní obsluha, pokoje, snídaně,čistota. Vše maji dobře propracované . Nádherný výhled. Hotel určitě doporučuji je to skvělý relax. Asi jedinou chybou je nezodpovědnost lidí, kterou jsem po první i druhý návštěvě vypozoroval je chování děti ve welnesu (v bazénu), skáčou Vám vedle hlavy, nedodržují řád ve welnesu a totálně je nezajímají ostatní lidé. Ale to není chyba hotelu.

Das Personal ist sehr sehr fleißig und putzt und kümmert sich um seine Gäste. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Im Restaurant auch sehr aufmerksame Angestellte. Die toten Tiere fanden wir nicht so schön die an der Wand hingen. Aber trotzdem kommen wir sicher wieder in das traumhafte Hotel. Essen im Restaurant war auch sehr gut, gibt nichts negatives zu berichten darüber. Preis und Leistung stimmt in diesen Hotel. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Krásné místo k relaxu odpočinku welnes sauna jídlo super vyžití spousty my se jistě vrátíme. Výhled je úžasný. Po příjezdu zjištěné prasklé víko od toalety nafoceno a nahlášeno na recepci . Trezor na pokoji bez manuálu, neřeším . Ochotný personál. V základu 1 polštář. Málo. Ihned dodány další. Oběd pro tři kolem 1200 Kč. Výlet lanovkou 3 dospělé osoby 1100 Kč jedna jízda. Hory se musí zaplatit . Platby kartou ok. Zamrzí welnes hotel bez županu na pokoji. Chyba . Na hotelu trochu hluk ale dá se to . Parkování přímo před hotelem. Jako držitele ZTP/P karty parkujeme u hotelu spíš náhodou ze tu místo bylo protože na miste pro invalidy parkovalo auto bez této karty . 🙄 Pokoje vybaveny parádně.

Náš oblíbený hotel, kam se rádi vracíme. Skvělá obsluha, výborné jídlo a k tomu nádherné a pohodlné pokoje! Díky moc!!

Wir sind einfach nur beeindruckt und kommen definitiv wieder. Wir haben als Familie 4 Zimmer über ein Wochenende gebucht. Die Reservierung lief reibungslos und wir konnten uns bereits 1 Woche vor Ankunft online einchecken. Somit war am Tag der Ankunft alles geregelt und vorbereitet. Die Angestellten waren alle super nett und haben uns auch gut in deutsch verstanden.
Die Zimmer sind alle Apartments mit einem großen Bad einer Küchenzeile die gut ausstattet ist und ebenfalls verfügen alle Zimmer über einen großen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit.

Das Frühstück war ebenfalls abwechslungsreich. Es gab verschiedenen Aufschnitt, sowie Käse, Müsli, Marmeladen, Obst, Gemüse, verschiedene Salate, abwechselnd Grießbrei, Haferflocken, Wiener, Klose, verschiedene Brot und Brötchen sowie Kuchen.

Auch das Essen am Abend ist immer sehr lecker gewesen nur etwas übersichtlicher.
