The place is located in the Aachen center. They offer typical German dishes. Both the food and the service are really good. You can feel the German atmosphere. Last but not least, the beer is amazing

Cool interior. Tasty German food. Kitchen was closing after 3pm.

Loved the place. Highly recommended if you want to have a true german lunch. Schnitzel well executed: uniform thickness and crispy outside. Pepper sauce dresses the meat very well, and it’s even better to dip your french fries.
Tomato soup and the salad were pretty good as well - very refreshing!

One thing I would like to point out is that the men’s bathroom had a strong pee smell… I don’t know how clean are German bathrooms, but definitively a point to take care of. So 4/5 stars to the atmosphere.

We truly enjoyed dinner at this nice and stylish restaurant that offers local cuisine and excellent beer. Gosia was too kind and professional, we enjoyed her great service, excellent job by entire team. We´ll be back for sure!

Went to Germany for work. Co workers recommended a great place in the heart of Aachen. If you speak English only, I recommend you go with someone who reads and speaks German.

A truly wonderful experience. The service was exceptional, the waitress and the waiter were super friendly. The waitress helped us order and she made a lot of recommendations that ended up being perfect. Lovely food and a truly wonderful atmosphere. A must visit if you are in the mood for traditional German food.

Great service, delicious German food. I ordered marinated pork with dumplings and cabbage which is an Aachen speciality and I really enjoyed. Outside seating is very comfortable and they accept credit cards. Menu only in German.

Nice historical building with chill vibe. Has an outside terrace with a view on the town hall.

Prices are acceptable considering the location (very central).

We were looking for the classic German restaurant, and this restaurant was the right choice. nice location, good food. At night, you can enjoy the beautiful sight of the Rathaus while eating if you seat outside. The food was also good. I ordered the yellow mushroom dish which you can see in the photo, and the flavor was amazing. The yellow mushroom dish was today's menu so maybe you can't find that on the Menukarte. My companion ordered Blutwurst and Aachener something(sorry, I can't remember the whole name.) and that were also tasty. potato ball had proper chewy texture and the Blutwurst was the best ever. I am willing to visit here again and definitely order Blutwurst then. Thank you for another nice memory in Aachen :D

Very good 'Brauhaus'. Food was on excellent level. You can order fish or beef, pork or vegetarian. As starters you can order soup or salad. Dessert can be Ice-cream or other sweet. The "Goldene Einhorn" is known for its very good draft beer. The interior is cozy and typical for a Brauhaus.

Best bar I ever saw in my life.without question service is so good and people who work there are so gentle.

Schnitzel with mushroom sauce was excellent! Our waitress, Silke, was outstanding, and stayed on top of everyone’s needs.

Wonderful experience here today (Sunday lunch). Super friendly staff, we were helped with the menu as our German is terrible, also given reccomendations. Our meal and wine were both excellent, the building is also beautiful. Very good value, highly recommended. 10/10

Good, old school place. You can eat here regular food and have nice glass of beer. Atmosphere inside is vibrant.

We had a lovely dinner and felt welcomed. We came before 6, but the lady that served us explained politely that we could stay for a drink until it’s dinner time. Service was quick and nice and the food too (we got schnitzels)
