A nice little zoo. it is a rescue zoo so don't expect a giant commercial zoo. Except being close to the animals,much less stressful and knowing that your ticket goes to help maintaining this important goal. I recommend it whole heartedly.

A beautiful zoo/sanctuary, very well run, these animals have lots of care and love, run by a wonderful team , very informative , they do talks on the animals and the staff work extremely hard, so much dedication by all, lovely little cafe

Beautiful place, where you can be very close to the animals and also you can read the sad stories of there rescue. Nice iniciative.

Wonderful place. It might not have the largest or most amount of exotic animals, but you can get super close and interact with them like you would never be able to in a commercial, large scale zoo. Best zoo experience i ever had. The cats and Carlos the singing black gibbon are amazing.

Do not expect a tourist-oriented Zoo experience but bare in mind that Odsherred Zoo Rescue is a rescue center for tropical animals. The place and the work behind it deserves great acknowledgement and it is a must-see for everyone visiting Odsherred. Take your time there and have one of the greatest experiences with tropical animals you can get in all of Denmark. Do not just spend one or two hours there.

Fantastic small zoo! We went there with our 1, 5 year old and we had so much fun. Loads of different animals to look at and a petting station where you can pet goats. Definitely going back when in the area.

Wonderful and different experience to normal larger zoos. Quiet and intimate, you feel closer to the animals and often are.

Perfect for kids between 2-5years. Spend about 2 hours, bring your own lunch, lots of space to eat your own food. Small park but big enough for parents with small kids 😉
