Quite disappointed of the outcome for both interior and exterior cleaning since I went for the gold package. I would have expected more attention to details. There was lots of water stains left on the car and same in the interior. Needless to say that there was dirt that was not cleaned from the exterior of the car. The passenger side carpet had traces of dust left comparing to others and seats did not seemed to be cleaned as I would have hoped for!! If they did not had the time to properly clean it according to the gold package, then it would have been nice to say so in the beginning.
