Ended up booking this hotel as I noticed the prices for the airport hotel had ski rocketed to $2,700 DKK. Found this hotel a 15 minute drive away from the airport and could not have been happier with my stay. Very cute hotel with restaurant in a quaint, small Danish town. The star of the show here was the service. The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming, always cheery. Restaurant staff was also smiling, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again next time in Billund and take the 15 minute taxi instead of staying at the airport hotel. Great experience!

Great place to stay and eat!

The hotel is very quiet with renovated facilities and rooms. Very friendly and attentive staff at all times. Relaxed atmosphere where we could enjoy a book in front of the fireplace, some billiard and darts, a beer with friends on the terrace...

The restaurant is incredible, a menu with attention to detail and selected ingredients from the area. Highly recommended for meals with family or friends.

Good hotel, the suit is spacious and well equipped. Excellent restaurant with simple but delicious menu. Staff is very friendly and English no issue. Great also for families, the hotel offers an indoor play room and a big outdoor playground.

Quaint Kro with cosy reception areas. Even though it is facing a road it feels safe and quiet. The accommodation is well presented, very clean and functional. The triple room suggested for 3 adults feels very cramped but would be excellent for 2 adults and a child. Staff are welcoming and professional. Nice selection of guest areas to relax in. Good selection for the breakfast with something for everyone. Would recommend to others and we will definitely stay here again.

Staff are attentive and extremely helpful, the food was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.
