A very beautiful and interesting place. Everything is made with love, each zone is interesting and exciting in its own way. Beautiful animals and plants, you stand and enjoy their view, you get relaxation and pleasure 🙂. Both adults and children will like it here.
PS: And they also have delicious food in the cafe and large portions 😊😊😊.

Great place to visit with the whole family. Enough to see for the whole day and interesting for both adults and kids. Animals have nice livingspaces.

It is a rather small zoo, the whole tour wouldn't take more than 3 hours. But it is nice and indoor, so suitable for winter or bad weather. It is worth a visit. I was happy with my visit.

Awesome visit! Probably 20 years since I was here and it has grown a lot and the experience to be more with the animals then a normal zoo is really cool. Price is ok, if you live close it's more value to take the season pass. Parking was easy on site and not expensive. We brought picknick and no issue to bring a cooler and they have designated areas to eat.
Some areas are still pending completion but it's a good half day visit, probably longer if you are in high season. Highly recommend this.

Fantastic day, saw some amazing animals, birds and reptiles. The areas are all different and great for adults and children, swing bridge , ropes and different levels so you can see the animals. Outside great pathways guide you to the different attractions. One of the best zoos I've seen.

Another one of my favorites places in North Jutland
We went there so many times it used to be awesome and now probably is even better since they extended and added lots of new area

Better than expected. Well built environment with animals which are freely released - not sure that is politically correct for animal rights, but gave a good experiences. 2 tropical forests for different area. Many people when we visited, but it didn't feel that crowed. Cool to go into cave and bat's are flying over your head. And see jaguar and hyenas. It was 2 1/2 hours without meal.

One of the best zoos in Europe. The selection of animals is a bit lower than standard, but the plants and free-roaming animals (birds, snakes, butterflies, monkeys..) make up for it. I recommend a change of clothes (at least a t-shirt) for both winter and summer time, it's really hot and in some rooms also very humid. Be sure to check the time plan and see some of the feedings or a tropical storm!

Yet another place we bought an annual card for with our children.
They have spheres with plants and animals from different continents. We were impressed.
Also, there is a place to eat and outdoor activities. 30 minutes ride on the train from Aarhus.

Went in january, it wasn't crowded or anything which was nice to take pictures. Loved the scenary, the friendly and knowledgeable attitude of the staff. If you like exotic plants and animals you should definitely put it on your bucket list.

Amazing zoo with interactive wild experiences of bats, birds, tortoises, fish, frogs, butterfly's and ants in wild natural environments with plants and water features. Plus many more animals in other areas.

We"ve been here the third time - never get bored. You can spend 3 hours walking around to sea this amazing rainforest - the "room" with the snakes for example is awsome :-)))
I've you go there with Kids you even could spend a whole day, cause outside is also a great Playground. You can bring your own food, but also buy something - also toys and other stuff.
1000 tak Randers Regnskov for having a great time

First indoor Zoo experience but definitely one of the best. For a moment it felt like we had entered a Narnia Kingdom (Of course an exaggeration but it was a drastic environmental change from outside to inside).
Variety of species left to roam freely and the tropical climate are perfectly maintained. Not just children, but even adults will enjoy their time here.

This was a really great experience and definitely something for small and big kids ;)
We saw many animals, they looked active and trusting. The climate is no problem when you are wearing shorter clothes. I can only recommend this!

A park I would love to recommend!
The buildup is like Indiana Jones, hot and very moisty. It is very interesting and many animals to see.

Amazing place. Family never tires of visiting. So many amazing sites. Their roaming Sloth is a real show stopper. Food options a tad basic, but lovely outdoor farmyard worth the walk for a lunch break. Kids especially love visiting the open goat enclosure.
