Third time at this resort. Twice before it was bought over in 2023. We love it there, even more so since the new ownership. Great staff, clean, good food, fun activities and music, tasty drinks... We can't ask for anything more!

Older looking rooms but very clean and air-conditioning excellent. The resort had delicious buffet, snack bars and restaurants. Disco on site was fun and a great DJ, and the nightly entertainment was awesome and engaging. I would definitely return and recommend.

Great service from front desk to housekeeper very attentive when asking for help. Jordan and John were two people at the front desk who were amazing! Had a great time felt very comfortable going outside everyday. Entertainment was new everyday even the outside games were different lot of nice people.

A lot of bang for the bucks. As nice as most resorts in San Jose Del Cabo. Staff is very cordial and food is great.

Had a wonderful trip! Food was great! Tasted good and didn't get sick even after making coffee in the room with tap water for 2 days. Gorgeous ocean view! So nice to hear the ocean from the balcony. Staff are nice and attentive. Beach and view of mountains of as fabulous!

Only problem was A/C dripping on floor for 4 days of stay. Might have been our fault for having patio door open while A/C was on. Too much moisture in room but it should be able to handle it or turn off when patio door opens.

I just returned from a 7 day vacation at this resort. The food was great, there was always something for everyone! The resort itself is small which makes it easy to get around and good if travelling with kids. The entertainment was very good compared to other resorts in the past, the entertainment team take pride in their work and are super involved throughout your vacation. The resort is also extremely clean and well kept, the only thing I could complain about if I had to were the bedrooms were quite outdated but for the amount of time you spend in your room on these trips it wasn't a negative for us. There is also a disco on the resort in the lobby which is super fun! I would highly suggest this resort for people looking for a lowkey and relaxing vacation!

I got a special thru AirTransat but the money we paid are not worth at all. Very old resort, old furniture, bathrooms fixtures damaged. I checked 5 rooms and end up in one. No other option. Customer service guy was top notch, it made our stay more enjoyable. Food isn't what used to be and poor quality. You won't die of hunger.

The Staff is amazing, rooms were clean and nice. The pool is huge and the drinks were incredible. I loved it. Only issue we had is that one of my friends has panic attacks with cats and the out doors of the hotel was full of them... so you can imagine the running everytime would get by and they are everywhereeee...

Staff, food, beach, pool all wonderful!!!! I like that it's a smaller resort so if you want to return to your room from the beach to pick up something you forgot, it's a quick walk, NOT like what seems to be a 3 hour hike at the larger resorts. Bed is comfortable, they have a pillow library! Highly HIGHLY recommend the Brazillian restaurant!!! The food and staff are especially yummy and I had forgotten my purse on a chair at night. Next day it was quickly returned to me with all contents in good order!

Be live must be one safe place to go to when funds are low and also when I just want a quick getaway. The place has it all in one. The room was clean everyday, food is delicious even though they don't have a wide variety of choices, front desk is extremely welcoming. The nightclub is fun, the casino is always live. The beach is a short walk and Beautiful. The kids club was amazing! The staff were extra fun and careful with my daughter. The snack bar by the beach is good if you want a quick bite to eat with a beautiful view of the beach. I've been there 5 times and will go back in June 2023 again. The pool is wide and clean. I only wish they had staff walking around taking drink orders. Wifi was good. And they have a duty free inside the resort in case you want to buy your own bottle. It's a short drive to Maimon and El Malecon. Can't wait to be back.

Travelled with three other couples.Beautiful resort, great food, good drinks. Beach is powdery white sand and was so warm. Activity staff was great, thanks Sexy Belly, Vladi and all. Beach party was amazing. Entertainment staff was top notch, much better than other resorts we have been to. Restaurants were very good. 5 STARS!!!

My experience at this hotel was wonderful! Everyone was welcoming and ready to be of service. My view of the pool was so unreal, a particular location indeed. Moreover, I’d like to specify one of the receptionist, Anderson Calos, was exceptionally hospital. Certainly will come back again!

Right from reception we were greeted by friendly and courteous staff. Room was comfortable and clean, the food was great, the beach and pool were awesome as were the bars. I would 100% recommend this resort.

Great located hotel, right on the beach. Stunning view on Mount Isabel. You can watch amazing sunrise from your balcony every morning. Food was good. Everyday some kind of entertainment (disco's, aerobics, theater, games etc.)for adults and children. Absolutely recommended🥇

It offers a bit of everything, a calm day at the beach or entertainment at the pool and in the theater. The food is absolutely delicious. The personal is kind. And all congrats to the entertainment team (Yancarlos, Mosquito, Vladimir and Champion)! They make you feel welcome and create a great experience.

Very beautiful resort I believe it's a three-star the food was great the shows at night were entertaining, I didn't like the sales pitch where they want you to buy in but other than that I had a lot of fun.

Absolutely had a great experience at this resort. The staff are very welcoming and really evolved. Resort food is never perfect, I have low expectations. I'm simply thankful to not cook and clean. Pool has 3 gradual walkins which is perfect for kids. Kids club is 4+ and the staff are great. I would go back again.

Our airplane had tech issues and the airline had to réserve à room here with all Inclusive , clean room, good buffet with Options for everyone , wifi in all the resort was available

Love this resort. Great food, very friendly and caring people. I strongly recommend this resort to anyone for vacation.
My wife and I have enjoyed each an every moment of this trip here at the resort. The excursions been wonderful and I have nothing, absolutely nothing bad to say about these great people.
These people are clean and time keeping.
