I was very surprised. Saw this place on the way to mountain Redonda. Near was long line of cars and trucs. Afher our climbing to the mountain, me and my wife stopped there for lunch.
Meat was crazy delicious. Also I highly recomend to try coffee there.

Parador autentico e spartano lungo la strada, a conduzione familiare con pentoloni a vista e piatto del giorno. Prezzi bassissimi, cortesia e pollo alla brace buonissimo

Fui temprano y no tenia mucha cosa, pero probé su cerdo horneado y estaba excelente. Buen servicio.
Está a 50 metros de la entrada para montaña Redonda.

El mejor cerdo de la zona. De verdad que vale la pena hacer la parada si estás en camino pero aún mayor si vas desde Bávaro hasta allá solo por un poco de cerdo asado con yuca y queso. Es un punto que nunca falla.

Después de disfrutar una bella vista en Loma Redonda, pase a disfrutar de la excelente comida, entre las más destacadas está el chicharrón de cerco y el pollo al carbón... Uff el final... Que no se olvide preguntar por los dulces de coco😋

Здесь готовят самое вкусное мясо, которое я когда-либо пробовала.
Это доминиканское кафе у дороги, но здесь все свежее, и очень вкусно.
Особенная деталь - к мясу подают собственный соус, на основе цитрусовых и трав. Необычный и вкусный!
Очень вкусно готовят юку, по выходным также готовят рыбу.

Los mejores chicharrones y carne de cerdo!! Uff
Viveres, escabeche, chulitos de pollo, arepitas, arroz y habichuelas.
Nunca esa carne de cerdo sabe a barraco. Riquisimo sazon.
Personal siempre atento.
