This is the best place to stop on your way to Cuenca. We stopped for coffee and the views are incredible. They have a deck on the back that you can walk out on. Don’t miss stopping at this restaurant even if it’s just to grab a coffee, it’s worth it. The photos below are views from the restaurant.

This is a must if your travelling to Guayaquil from Cuenca, it's been my favorite place for years to have a more than perfect breakfast, good coffee, beautiful view, fast service, big parking, fresh bread, and some greasy goods for lubricate my arteries and joints, I'm looking forward to come back

Great coffee and views and the restaurant is built around a great boulder that came down the mountain and smashed into the earlier version.

The perfect stop. Almost perfectly half way between Puerto Inca and Cuenca, this panoramic restaurant has all you need in a quick break. Cleanish bathrooms, decent coffee and some low priced snacks like sanduches a d local dishes. The views are spectacular on sunny days, too.
