Really good food, really relaxing pool, and fun slides for both kids and adults. It is quite pricey for a day but it is really nice

The hotel is great from every single detail and highly recommended for families with children for the activities in the hotel and the waterpark, suits are very nice and kept up well, great buffet in restaurant and very nice gardens and bar area. Staff was very friendly and helpful all way around.

We paid $66 per person for a day pass on the Monday on Carnaval. It included breakfast and lunch plus unlimited drinks. The scenery was beautiful and despite the rain, we still easily enjoyed our experience. We were interested in the extra activities like the zoo and cacao trail but were unlucky with the weather.

I visited this well know resort about eight months ago. It is a beautiful, big, relaxing place. They offer a lot of activities like zoo and cacao route; discotec and pool. They have great, large, new rooms, and also a cute restaurant and cinema.

The best all inclusive resort in Ecuador.
Great service.
Be sure to ask ahead what is not included in your package.
Weekends can get crowded.

It is a natural place surrounded by mountains. It has different areas of entertainment. The buffet is delicious.
