I suggest to buy a ferry ticket online. This will make it faster and more convenient to get to the ferry. ~25€ for camper and 4 passengers. Ferry is modern, has a buffet, WC, well organised. The crossing takes around 30 minutes. Ferry runs frequent - every half an hour.

This was a very good, efficient and seamless experience. The ferry goes every 35min, the ride takes 25min. We did not buy tickets online, we just drove to the window with the Kassa sign and paid with a card (20,6 eur for a car and 2 people). Then you can get in the line and wait until it starts moving. I was nervous about the ferry but it was very easy.
The boat is huge, has lots of comfortable seating and good bathrooms. lots of food and drinks options. It also has a sun deck. Many sockets to charge your devices.

You can buy tickets online at praamid.ee it's in English also and they accept Finnish banking. If you aren't sure about the time, you can change the ticket. Just drive up to the gate, and the machine tells you what lane (no human contact needed). Super easy! Nice clean boat with a buffet. Excellent, no need for improvement.

Caught the ferry twice and found it to be super efficient from payment, rolling on to the ferry to rolling off the other side. Just park up accordingly on the boat and go to the cafe and get some of their very tasty but well priced food and it’s time to get off again. No need to pre book. Cost is €10 per person in a small car.
Ohhh the coffee picture has nothing to do with the ferry. It’s just to make you smile!🙂

Clean and comfortable ferry. Inside you will find a buffet with cold and hot dishes and drinks. During breakfast you will find dishes like eggs and sausages. Also there are couple of stands where you can buy a sandwich, a snack or a cup of coffee. Toilets are clean. Plenty of seating. Had sanitizers are provided. Tickets can be bought online and we never had any troubles with those online tickets.

We had pre-booked the ferry. Number plate recognition saw us through the check-in and directed us to the lane to wait in. Very easy.

Very convenient port to cross over to Saaremaa. Easy to understand and find your way.

We were boarded surprisingly fast. They possess modern and fast ferries. You can pay directly on site or you can buy your ticket in advance via web and then your plate is just recognized and you are able to pass quicker through gates. Also there is pretty good restaurant on board and you have enough time for fast breakfast .

Very efficient and stable. Highly recommend buying e-ticket at least one day ahead; e-ticket still valid +/- 24 hours if you miss your scheduled time (gate opens automatically based on your license plate number). I did not buy e-ticket, so waited approximately 15 minutes to buy ticket and then another 45 minutes to get on ferry (they were running every 30 minutes).

Easy, cheap (14 euros for car and 2 people) The trip is 30 minutes and there is restaurant with cheap food in the ferry. You have enough time to order food and eat. Electrical plugs to charge electronics.
