It is the second mosque ever built in Egypt 1400 years ago and they made renovation in it in the last couple of years, if you did not go then it is time to do so.

Одна из первых мечетей в Египте, да и в мире. Внутри чувствуется колорит. Очень интересный интерьер и много колон в зале, мечеть открытая , можно сказать под открытым небом, в середине большая площадка под открытым небом. Снаружи мечеть ни чем не примечательна, надо зайти внутрь чтобы почувствовать все величие ислама и ощутить первые года хиджры
