This is simply the best McDonald's branch in Egypt. Food is ready within 2 or 3 minutes. Service is excellent. The nile view is wonderful specially at the morning.

So, my significant other would not let me go in here. Sad, because it looks like the coolest McDonalds on the planet. Three stories tall and sitting on the Nile. I cannot imagine a better place in the world to enjoy a Big Mac, or whatever it’s Egyptian equivalent is.

A bit pricey for Aswan standards but pretty cheap let's be honest. WiFi is okay when I was there. I didn't see any outlets. Tastes pretty much like a regular McD. Crowds of foreigners. Takes credit card, obviously. Would return. I think it's better than the KFC somewhat nearby. That one is more pricey and IMHO not as good. These two are probably your only best bets for Western fare. They have outside seating and it is by the water. Wow. An Oasis in the desert. Thank you America.

Food was like the Original Macdonald we used to .. There is no service there i think so help your self ✅ but staff are nice 🥰

I had to give this McDonalds a 5star review...

I have eaten at MacDonalds all over the world and this small little restaurant is the first to actually get our order correct. This may not seem like a big deal but I don't speak Arabic and the order taker didn't speak english..English.. he managed to get it all right the first time.

Very small, but it does overlook the Nile.

2 big Mac value meals upgraded to XLs and a spicy chicken sandwich and a small 6pc McNugget all for 130egp about $8.50

Friendly staff! My daughter dropped her nuggets and they replaced them (they came over and said they already requested them).

A great place to take some rest during the hot weather. The staffs are friendly, their English is good enough and most of all, unlike other restaurants in Egypt, they give us all the changes we’re supposed to get!!

The most beautiful location for McDonald's in all of Egypt.. It is located on the Aswan Corniche on the eastern side, overlooking the Nile and the Movenpink Hotel, as well as overlooking the sea and tribal resorts, stunning views

I stopped in at this McDonald's for a snack. As an American it was fun to see what a McDonald's in Aswan is like. While there my credit card and ship boarding pass fell out of my pocket. I was beside myself with what to do. I was absolutely floored when our ship received a call saying the cards had been turned in. I would never have imagined that a trip to McDonald's would be a highlight of my stay in Egypt. Thank you.

The best joint in Aswan. KFC could not serve english seaking citizens

In general, it's a McDonald's like any other McDonald's. The meals are good standard, the prices fair. The staff is friendly and the restaurant in good shape. But it deserves the extra star for the location of the restaurant. It's directly beside the Nile River and has a nice open air area. That area is nice at the evening or at winter, midday in Summer it's too hot to sit there. But in general a nice place to have a fine standard McDonald's meal.
