The place is huge, luxurious, and safe. I went there for a friend's wedding and it was really nice. It is extremely expensive though.

Premium hotel in the middle of nowhere.
Very helpful staff speaking few languages. Attentive and fast reacting. Very nice architecture and design. Hotel was build in 2017 (as per staff words) and in some places it is visible but maintenance really nice. Huge rooms and corridors. Swimming pool and artificial sea side beach. In the territory thete is conference hall and electric cars to move over territory.
Rooms is clean. Have iron with iron table, storage safety box, big counter. Additional covers and pillows, robe and home shoes.
In bathroom shower and bath tube in the same room.

Brand new luxury hotel - classic, elegant, sleek - superb swimming pools including a wave beach. Exquisite Italian and Egyptian restaurants. Good service standards. Top quality rooms and suites.

Who would dare say less than perfect for the top construction in the New Administrative Capital ? 5 stars for the opulence, area and grandeur, and certainly tough to compete with. However, the military atmosphere prevails and transpires in the staff who move around, serving, cleaning and mounting guard. The lack of human touch is spoiling the fun in every aspect of your stay.
Still, a great place to spend your day in luxury.

Unbelievably luxurious !!

Every meter of the hotel is a different luxury area.

The reception is enormous, the staff are very polite and helpful.

The rooms are very clean, fancy furniture, and the decoration is amazing.

The facilities are plenty so you will have a lot of fun exploring them all thoughout the stay.

The restaurants options are decent, food is tasty and there are different varities.

Swimming pool is crystal clear, I loved the artificial beach, wonderful for the afternoon.

The children will have a lot of fun playing in the kids area, where teens and kids can enjoy pool and playstation.

The atmosphete at night in front of the dancing fountain is excuisite.

You don't have to go out of the hotel everything is available.

Well, all that can be said is: yet another grandiose and opulent mammoth sized hotel, boasting luxury and aiming to impress with massive architecture, grandiloquent style and generous space. Here and there, you're bound to find refined touches, like a colored glass mural fresque depicting an XVIII century string and flute quintet, but then the rest is characterless. F&B is very good and clean, but also unimpressive.

It is very good, very well built and, and luxurious. Though it is new, it has an authentic, classic aura thanks to its well planned well implemented decor, porcelain, marble, tinted glass, stairs, flair forge, paintings and all. However, it is quite remote and yet too isolated, and this will change soon once the new capital is officially inaugurated with the moving of the ministries and the government by mid 2020 and all schools and universities starting soon.

Wonderful place. Peaceful Oasis in the middle of the new capital. Extremely luxurious with surprising facilities. Efficient very nice staff. Delicious food. Perfect place for conventions and for a cozy weekend getaway

Excelent hotel, incredible beautiful and luxorius, full of deccor detalis, betwen modern and traditional! Very huge complex with i majestic gardens and pools, inside two great restaurants! Staff incredible friendly and always ready to help, only negative is position, so far away from everywhere! Nothing interesting to see around hotel! Maybe in a few years when all.this New Cairo capital take live!

This hotel is beyond luxury! Very beautiful property with diverse facilities, I was very impressed with interiors and landscapes.

Food in the Egyptian a-la-carte restaurant was amazing. Waiter Mahmoud was very courteous. Best mahshi I ever tried - many compliments to the chef.

What I really didn't like is that one of managers in front office out of the blue started addressing me in russian language, and he cannot know where I am from as nobody asked my ID. This was totally inappropriate and I think guessing nationalities of guests and switching languages can go for a cheap hotel in Hurghada, but I expect employees in a VIP property of this level to be more tactful and respectful. Although I would never give this hotel less than 5 star, this incident made me feel extremely uncomfortable!

We really impressed by luxury level and the great hospitality and excellent service and management of course, every employee from the golf cart driver to the receptionist is really helpful and do beyond what you expect to do, keep it up 👏👏👍👍
