I had my engagement party at the hotel and everything was just perfect. Special thanks to mr Mohamed Moraie who handled the whole event. He is a very decent man. And I would like to extend my gratitude to all the hotel members for the great hospitality. All the stuff was helpful. Also the team who’s responsible for the decorations helped me out with my flower bouquet when it was missed up and ruined. They did an amazing job and fixed it to be even prettier than it was at the beginning. The food quality was above my expectations. Really tasty and fresh. The rooms were so clean and organised also the breakfast hospitality was amazing. It was an unforgettable night with the family and friends and all because this beautiful place and team. 💖💖💖💖

Secondly, I would like to thank all teh staff members for their hospitality and amazing service. With their help and efforts I was able to have an unforgettable night with the people I love the most.

Last but not least, the food was incredible.

The food was extremely good. Best hotel buffet I’ve had in a while.

Chef Ramadan’s pasta was splendid. Better than most Italian restaurants I’ve been to. Fresh ingredients were used and everything was cooked to the tee.

Sodfa was extremely helpful. She went the extra mile to help my family and I get warm water when some of us were not feeling very well.

It was amazing just the cleaning service wasn’t good at all but after we complained they gave me a refund and the best workers in the front desk are nadeen and another guy forgot his name but it’s very good I recommend it

Place and breakfast in the main restaurant were great. Room service is great.

Me and my husband just had our wedding here and everything was absolutely amazing! We are from Canada and we had our gorgeous destination wedding at this incredible hotel. Special thanks to Mr.Maraey and Mr. Ahmed DiDi the wedding operations managers. Mr. Maraey took care of everything from A - Z, this includes the food, arrangements, organization and tended to our every need. Everything ended up beyond our expectations. After visiting the hotel for a long stay, I really liked and enjoyed my stay. Specially, the service that Gamal (house keeping) provide, he was super pro active and had a superb quality in cleaning and treating the guests!

Abdallah is a really nice and happy clean roomer I never seen!
Nadal is really efficient, professional and happy! Same for M. Weal and his Asian food! So, let say that all the people are like the bier, fresh and make me happy!!!

An excellent hotel with very welcoming staff.
The cleanliness is very good but not exceptional.
The main disadvantage I see is the location of high way exits which increases the time to reach the hotel even for nearest trips. On the other hand, the parking is not free even for the hotels guests which was so strange.
The rooms are spacious with good views especially pool view rooms
The hotel facilities are so neat and the general atmosphere is very lovely. One of the best options for staying in that area!

Stayed at Movenpuck hotel during a tour of Egypt. Decided to eat in the Terazza restaurant on our last night where they were serving Syrian food from the grill. Absolutely delicious food, huge portions and very professional, attentive service from our lovely waiter: Ahmed Khiue. Thank you for making it a relaxed evening!

Mahmoud is the best shadow ever. He was the best man to do the job and increased my expectation and my overall hotel vision.

Oishi was great place to eat. Sushi was great and a good escape from the busy buffet. The music was live and great during the dining experience. Wael is the manager and was always asking if we needed anything. Mohamed was our server and took great care of us during the entire experience.
