The place is amazing! It’s worth the trip because you cannot be in VLC without tasting horchata. And fartons!

And they also have A LOT of great pastries and omg the chocolate drink is WOW!

The seats en la terraza is good. The seats inside with the beautiful tiles is also good. And during sunset, the entrance is orange beautiful!

Fartons, fartons and more fartons! They served them warm which is delicious. Try the leche merengada specially If it’s super hot like today. The place is kinds friendly, they have big open windows to let the wind in and they also have a terrace. Wonderful place to try a Valencian specialty!

Orchateria Daniel is one of the best places to try the traditional drink of Valencia the Orchata which is recommended to take half iced like slushy. Also they have a variety of ice creams the most famous is Leche Merengada.
They have many places but the oldest is located in Alboraya a big place to sit and spend some time

We knew this was the place to come to for horchata. Everything we have read about it was not wrong. It was absolutely delightful and treat after a long day and walk to this place. It was in a nice location where you can sit and try other foods. The flavor of the horchata was just right. Was not too spicy, not bland, or too sugary. We might have over done it with getting the XL size of horchata and getting ice cream on top of it. We definitely treated ourselves and it was worth every penny. I would highly recommend giving this place a try if you like horchata or wanting to try it! Even on a cool March day this place was still such a treat!

True to its reputation. Good as advertised. Excellent experience. The waitstaff were a little rigid and not so nice, but the quality of the product was superb and there were a lot of nice people creating a good atmosphere.

An awesome “Horchatería”. Horchata is a refreshing drink made from trufas, tiger nuts, a small, very wrinkled dry nut that gives the drink a milky sweet flavour. It’s specially tasty when served cold. We ordered two “mixed” (half slush half liquid) and two “liquid”, plus freshly-made fartons which I had never tasted before (in Madrid we buy them packed from Mercadona and they’re nice but nothing like this). I ordered the tiger nuts and buckwheat cookies, a true delicacy!

Must go if you are in the area. Delicious orchata!

Loved this place! The stuff of orxata dreams.

The sospiro with coffee was great and the traditional orxata was not too too sweet. We also ordered about one of every cake. My favourite was the one with candied orange and nuts on top (I can't remember what it's called! 🙈) - so light and sweet without being overwhelming.

Loads of outdoor and indoor seating with a tangle of patios and interconnecting rooms.

Lovely pastries and the best horchata we’ve had in Spain, light and creamy without the chalkiness of some of the others. The toasted horchata cream tart was divine as well.

Hi, traditional Orxateria with traditional lokal pastry. A visit worth. Lots of local people.

We arrive a Saturday morning (at around 10) and they were just opening. The horchata mixta was great and the meleta (apple desert) was good. The farton didn't taste very fresh but was edible. It is a place I always go when I visit Valencia, I think other times the fartons are best. The terrace is big and nice, you can normally park the car and the waiters are generally nice.

Historic Orxateria.. a lot of important people passed here to taste Orxata y fartones (Dali but also viggo mortensen). Fast service.. high quality pastry.. price are good (a little bit more expensive than other places). Very crowded from 17:00 pm.

I love this place and its orxata , it is perfect, smooth, refreshing, and it is all you need in Valencia's summer days. If u have a sweet tooth, it also offers some delicious homemade desserts, some are classic desserts in Valencia and others are made with orxata cream and they are my favourites. The place is lovely, with a big terrace, and a place to site inside where you can learn about the history of the place and see pictures of the famous people who visited this place
