As Burgas

Its a natural fountain that brings hot water from the soil, water is really hot and better not to touch it directly. People uses this water for body cleaning or drinking water believing its a nature power or similar. As you can see in the video, it was raining but one woman was filling up water tanks to bring the water to home. Nice to visit

Very nice square with the hot spring sources just in the middle. Very hot water coming from deep down the earth. Very healthy water, some people like me take it home to drink. Highly recommended

Right in Casco Vella, this is a very nice soak. Good dressing rooms, lockers (bring very small lock), showers - quite clean. City attendant on site. The town's old citizens love this place and so do I. Sidewalk cafes just steps away.

The waters are really good for my psoríase. It's a shame the pool is still closed over the Covid. I never had the chance to bath in the hot pool. Looking forward for the chance to try. The space is clean. You have multiple springs with different temperatures. Parking is few but if you look you will find. The water is great for my skin. Give it a try.

Our airbnb was in the middle of As Burgas so we had a great view from our windows. Lovely area. Gardens were stunning! Perfect areas to walk around in. We would go back again.

It's a historic must and adjacent to the market (which is housed in a new building above it on the main Street). The bathing area is closed on Monday. It's hot. And it's a single big pool. It is very different from the natural river setting of the others. Still, it is very much worth a dip.

It's good place to go when you are cold. Historically speaking, it doesn't carry much of a value but there are legends (for instance if you put your hand into the hot water you will get married).

That water was way hotter than I expected. Should have read the sign to the left first 😂😂😂

Lovely place filled with lovely people. Super friendly atmosphere making it an ideal place to visit. In my opinion one of the nicest and kindest places of Galicia. Highly recommended.

Nice, free public bath from heated thermal springwater. Also has the outdoor fountains. Nice place to rest & take photos. It's central location is on a walking route of the Old Town.

Important archeological finds about indigenous deity. Also, the water is around 60 to 67°C and pours out in different points. Unexpected site in the middle of a city

Geothermal fountain from the big structural fault that passes from Gerês to norte Galicia. Do not miss that. Take care. The water is too hot and may burn you!!

I visited only the exterior part as the building where the swimming pool is is on renovation.

A hidden gem for travellers, must see! Bring a towel, flip flops and a small padlock and enjoy the free hot thermal pool!!!

As Burgas - hot spring water in Ourense. It is said it has healing power 💪🤧🚫

It was closed,shame ,the hot outlets were working, a bit a shock, just when you need a cold wash in the very very hot weather.

Open Air free hot pool.. bring costume, ( ladies, a one piece costume ) flipflops and relax
