Hawassa International Airport

It was a nice service but it’s location is so far from the city of hawassa

It will be a very good establishment. The terminal is still under construction and the roads aren't paged yet. But the alternative is a 6 hour bumpy ride to Addis, so it's worth it if you can swing it. Quick check in and friendly staff. It's also a very scenic ride, so have a camera handy and sit by a window in your way to the terminal. It's a small, fun, asset to the international community.

This is one of the fastest growing Airports in the country.

Convenient and great

It's full of Fantasy. Even the road to the airport is bound with the lake and mountain on the other side having a scene in the movies.

Large and wider openings.

Airport under Construction. Everything is temporary here. Please don’t expect any amenities. Control tower , airport building under construction. Small local cafe. Ethiopian buna , water available. Waiting room under tin sheets. Handmade Chinese checker game available. Single toilet.

It's far from the city, you have to ride more than 11km away! nonsense.
