HYVÄÄ PALVELUA

Olin positiivisesti yllättynyt, että osa tuli juuri siinä ajassa, kun oli luvattu ja luvattu aika oli pian! Alle 24 tuntia tilauksesta osa oli kotiin kannettuna ja sain koneen kuntoon. Pieni miinus siitä, että myyjällä ei ollut halua tai osaamista varmistaa osan sopivuutta, vaan asiakkaan piti varmistaa sopivuus.
Tärkeintä oli kuitenkin saada osa nopeasti ja se onnistui. Kilpailija vastasi osatiedusteluuni vasta vuorokausi sen jälkeen, kun minulla oli jo uusi osa koneessa paikoillaan ja kone pyörimässä.

I understand that a return is often a nuisance for the seller, but once agreed upon, it should be expected that things will get taken care of in a professional manner.

It took the seller over two weeks to make the agreed upon 75% refund after having received the returned items. This combined with the fact that the seller did not respond to any e-mails during these two weeks nor give any confirmation on the status of the return was frustrating to say the least. I would not recommend MedCor to a friend.

Avoid ordering from this company. Shipping took place three days after I had placed my order, delivery was promised to take place on Monday,now it`s Thursday and still nothing (Tuusula and Vantaa are not too far apart from each other). On Tuesday I asked about the status, no reply. Poor performance.

Ordered. Do not answer when shipping . Suddenly pulled out shipment.. but payment they want anyhow. Company look serious?
