The best place for kids and young at heart adults, the staff are all very smiley and happy to give you great advice and support you with everything you do. They are very creative and bring the best out of you. There is so much to do so you need at least 3 hours to see and try everything. A must is the bike ride on the tight rope

Great place for the family to visit. Both and adults and children can enjoy some activities inside and outside (depending on the weather). We visited Heureka several times a year. Every time around 6 hours. Too much fun there.

Unbelievably good place for kids as well small (4yo). Up to 5 yo kids enter for free. Many intelectually challenging attractions. Very easy train connection from Helsinki. On the way from the station to Heureka, well maintained and attractive playgrounds. Kids love it and at the end of the day they sleep really well.

Excellent aave for lower school children to learn everything about science and technology.
A lot of hands on learning. Recommended 3h for one time pass, but certainly didn't get boring with fun ai related activities.
Suggestion. Could have something related to Physical Activity more than a balance bike, to raise awareness of how the body goes through physiological changes during exercise.

Heureka in Helsinki offers a broad array of interactive scientific exhibits covering topics like physics, mathematics, biology, and astronomy. The hands-on approach of these exhibits indeed encourages visitors to actively participate in experiments and activities, enhancing their understanding of scientific principles. The inclusion of a planetarium and the hosting of various temporary exhibitions add to its appeal. Heureka's focus on making science accessible and engaging for a diverse audience, especially children and families, aligns with its educational mission. Given the variety and depth of experiences it offers, spending a whole day there is both feasible and enjoyable for those interested in exploring the wonders of science.

Heureka is a must see when in Helsinki with kids. We spent the whole day there and it was not enough. Planetarium is breathtaking, as well as the main hall, stones park and the playground, and the live show with liquid ice was very impressive. The personnel is very attentive and great with kids. So worth visiting, and we will definitely return to this fantastic place.

Bring your children there and they will be lost. Probably as adults :) Interactive installations covering sound, optics, mechanics, fluid dynamics and a lot more in a fun and understandable way.
