Tampere–Pirkkala Airport (EFTP / TMP)

The coziest airport in Finland, don't reserve too much time though - the queues are short and there's not much to do.

Small airport but clean and well organized. There are only a few flights per day, so they organized buses (number 103) which arrive from train station to airport at a certain time. The airport is very small but they have one or two cafés.

Small and relaxing little airport. Needs more bus routes for delayed flights. Got stuck at the airport for a while because my flight got delayed and there were no busses for over 5 hours and no taxis waiting outside. Otherwise a good experience.

It’s a simple, efficient, and not big international airport with connections to different European cities. Everything works, also during bad winter weather. You can get there with bus 103, or take a taxi.

Quite nice and small airport with all the stuff you need for a flight. There are enough parking lots really close by the terminal. There is a bus station and taxi that brings you directly to downtown Tampere. The staff was really nice and friendly. So you can expect a smooth and quick check-in and security check, as well. It was a nice experience 😊

Landed and bags were available right away and hopped into a taxi. Pretty nice experience.

The absolutely best airport in Finland not due to all amenities it has to offer, but you can expect smooth services and fast check-in and security. You can travel easily to Helsinki for your onward journey without queuing

Awesome airport, little, clear and like no waiting time. Great to have such an airport like that. Only 20mins to centre as well.

My favourite airport in Finland. It is never crowded, you can always sit down, and you are let through the security check even if there is only 10 minutes until your flight leaves.

Small but very upto-date airport. I have been travelling mostly to London using this airport but I am a fan of this airport. Sometimes parking can be a problem if you want to park close to the terminal. I grade this airport above average points.
