Arctic Sauna World

Such a lovely lake side sauna-experience, can't recommend enough. Several visits to sauna + the lake and you feel like a new person.

Amazing experience! Saunas with stunning views over the lake and some others typical dark, wooden rooms. We couldn't dream about anything better after long day on bicycles coming from Äkäslompolo. Stuff is very helpful and welcoming. I'd love to come back in winter!

Fantastic sauna experience in Lappland! Arctic Sauna World is located in the mountains 20 minutes drive outside the small town of Muonio. The sauna is built on the shore of Lake Perisjärvi. It offers five themed saunas, swimming in the lake and several beautiful relaxation areas. The equipment is new and modern. I liked the "Polarlight" sauna the most, as it offers a 270° panoramic view over the lake. I could even watch the reindeer while enjoying the warm "löly" and the relaxing atmosphere. You have to book online in advance. Definitely recommend if you are traveling to the area.

The infrared sauna is very meh, bet it doesn’t take away from the nice experience. Went there after a long week of cycling and it was exactly what was needed. Especially loved the smoke saune, the view from the panoramic sauna and the lake!

We had a great time on the private bungalow! Really spacious and so fun with a group of friends...

Just an amazing experience. I personnaly haven't used it but my wife came back talking wonders of this place. An amazing contrast between ice and heat. It seems the place is unique in every detail for she says that even the young man working there helped to give flavour to the experience. He looked latino and tidy. Very nice to engage with and with attention to some details that really made the experience worth. Thank you young man for being nice to my wife. Thank you everyone. I can only wish to try it too. Maybe next year, who knows. Be blessed

Great place for an extensive sauna experience. I visited them with my family in early March and it was a great experience. They have a number of themed saunas and we enjoyed the experience of different kinds of saunas. The ice hole was very nicely set up and with easy to access with broad and steady stairs to descend into the water.

Only surprise was the high cost of their meals, but even that is very understandable considering the nature of their business. If we visit the area again, I am sure we will go here again.

We visited the Arctic sauna world during our skandinavian roadtrip through denmark, sverige, suomi and norge.
Nice place with different sauna rooms and a awesome cold lake where you can cool down.
Also an amazing view to the lake from the chillout area.

Amazing experience!!! I really advice every one going to Sauna World! 5 diferent saunas and was just me and my family and we really enjoy it!! Thanks to Jao for being so kind with us for all time. Im sure we will came back.

Wonderful place surrounded by the nature. Can highly recommend this place, all sauna types are amazing and you have an incredible view while taking an ice bath.

Awesome place by lake Jerisjärvi. A range of saunas from classic to smoke and nice winter swimming. Probably swell in the summer, too.
Nice, well equipped cottages. Good restaurant with ace staff.

I can only rate the sauna, but it was good! Who cares if it is raining, snowing or windy, you're just going to boil in the sauna anyways. 10 out of 10, would boil again.
