Excellent price quality ratio for this modern restaurant with a cool vibe. The food is simple yet inspired and tasteful, with Mediterranean touches. Efficient and friendly service. The tables near the open kitchen at the back of the restaurant are very nice. Booking is mandatory, the restaurant is full and for a good reason. Highly recommended!

Four of us enjoyed three of the menus available for dinner: menu du moment, menu tout poisson and the menu épicurien. The first two were three courses, the last was four courses. We also chose the get the wine pairings for each of the menus. All the wines are biodynamic and some are natural.

The food was excellent, as was the service. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The food courses change with the seasons. Highly recommend eating here!

Great experience ! Lovely staff, attentive and welcoming. Nice cosy, sombre ambiance. Romantic. Semi open kitchen, very clean. Coconut panna cotta was a little misleading, it could of had more coconut elements.

We arrived into Albi in the afternoon post-Tour de France départ à Toulouse. It made getting to the hotel difficult. After researching the restaurants in the area we focused in on 2 possibilities. This one was near the Ibis Styles where we were staying and the staff who were prepping to open the restaurant to open The restaurant were sweet to entertain a late booking for their restaurant within an hour. The cocktails were so interesting and tasty and beautiful. We felt like we had arrived! The 3-course meal did not disappoint. Everything was seasoned and presented well and the pairings were well-considered. The staff was very friendly. The end of the meal left us feeling well cared for and so pleased at our serendipitous choice after a difficult arrival in Albi.

Excellent experience, the food was great, cooked perfectly and the waiters were very kind and professional.
The dessert were excellent, especially the banofee cake was particularly good!
Only negative point, the booking process was not the greatest...

We had takeaway during confinement. Delicious, very nice looking - 100% recommendation!
They even heated our plates, although they are usually meant to be heated at home. :)

We had the most beautiful dinner here whilst visiting Albi. The service was friendly and efficient, most of the staff spoke English, but the highlight was the superb food itself, an excellent a-la-carte menu to choose from or some set menu options if preferred, along with a great wine list. Absolutely must try, highly recommended.

Our first time here with family. Lunch time on a truly miserable day. Packed and understandably so. Good English spoken and a good selection of beautifully cooked food. It's probably a tad shy of fine dining but there's no faulting the flavours. Put on your 'to do' list when visiting Albi.

The food here is great. You can get a menu du jour or have a selection of more expensive set menus which can also be matched to a glass of different wine with each course. If that's not to your liking they also have a mix and match menu. The staff are friendly and helpful, you can actually see into the kitchen through the large picture window and the interior of the restaurant is tastefully decorated and comfortable.

The starter with Bloody Mary sorbet was truly amazing. Our main, the lamb prepared in two different ways was also stunning. The matching wines were special and we enjoyed the service as well. Worth a visit!

A wonderful restaurant with exceptional food - especially catering to vegetarians with specially designed dishes outside of the menu. To come back for sure!

My favourite restaurant in Albi. I come here every year. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming (they managed to fit us in, at the last minute, didn't realise how busy they are now, quite deserved). The lunch formula is a real bargain - top quality food, prettily presented, carefully thought out and well cooked. Good wine. Great bread. And very smart and chic inside without being too formal. Never fails.
