The reason for five stars is for the lovely Nick, delivery driver, he was genuinely such a lovely person, its people like Nick that makes you want to use the business. Massive thumbs up!!

Always enjoy a coffee in the cafe. Staff friendly and helpful as things always move around in supermarkets. Prefer this size of shop to the extra large supermarket.

Well stocked little store, helpful courteous staff and good quality produce. I can highly recommend their beef lasagne

Waitrose has a fantastic selection of fruit, always fresh and plentiful. A wide variation of foods and ingredients from all over the world, including a fantastic selection of foods from home grown suppliers. The staff are always smartly dressed and very pleasant to talk to. Nothing is too much trouble and always willing to help. The carpark isn't the biggest and tends to fill up quickly, but you don't have to wait long for a place to become available.

Good fresh foods range. A bit expensive but overall a good visit.

Nice store. Visit here often when on the island. Good range of items and despite its premium image, prices are no worse than the Big Three. Lovely Canadian lady on the tills remembered us from a year ago so that was a nice surprise!

All good, some nice and unusual products. Loos and cafe, bakery products and deli counter. Car park can be full to capacity at peak times though.

I asked for an empty box for 6 bottles of wine. I was told you were not allowed to supply one as boxes were a fire risk. The result was you lost a sale and had an employee who was embarassed at not being allowed to supply a box.

It's no wonder your sales are suffering

It's a Waitrose; good food, nice layout, but a bit more expensive than other supermarkets. This is a small one so the range is a bit more limited than larger stores. Worth a visit if you are holidaying in Anglesey, and want to buy some nicer bits for your picnics etc.

Great selection of produce including a lot of locally sourced meat and diary. Manned and self service checkouts. Friendly and helpful staff too

Thankyou Waitrose for having Water melon cubes in store today..and thankyou to all those who made that possible.. my friend Mike is in hospital after a stroke and he loves water melon..I think they were just what the Dr ordered..

The more obscure spices and ingredients for baking and cooking are available here. Every day items are also available. The items are often a higher quality than other supermarkets.

Super click and collect service and products at Waitrose. Professional approach to customer service discharged in clearly marked dedicated bays in smallish car park. Attendant on duty to greet. Nice to be able to still get Waitrose products by going direct. Their goats milk for instance second to none for taste and creaminess (so I'm told by the chief imbiber! ). Lovely confectionery too. Recommended.

Lots of variety in store and lots of good offers.
Very friendly polite staff at the tills but some of the women stacking shelfs look at you like your a shoplifter.
I dont look like your average waitrose shopper but please don't judge a book by its cover!!!!

Lovey little shop. Nice staff. I used the self scan and found it easier to keep an eye on the special offers.

Cafe here is fantastic staff are happy and and helpful an asset to Waitrose and a role model for all good cafes who focus on good service and great food. Will be back for some more 3 grain porridge with blueberries and chi seeds!

We would like to thank the three members of staff who helped us with finding batteries on Monday. Nothing was too much trouble, they were extremely pleasant and friendly. A credit to this Waitrose!
