KFC Nottingham - Mapperley

Thankyou So much Theo and Billy for making my experience at KFC brilliant! Your personalites are absolutely fantastic!!! Making me laugh, big smiling faces just lovely lovely people! I only went in to have a look....I had a plan b in mind to get a kebab but these guys made me feel so welcome I spent £24, feeling happy! And next time I fancy having a takeout...I'm coming straight to KFC mapperly top!

Food was good, chicken pieces were generous, staff were polite and efficient.

Love KFC excellent service excellent food me and my wife will franchise KFC soon

Placed an order with the app, 5 meals, roughly £48, all items were present and correct, food was a decent temperature.
Service was a little slow today, despite not being obviously busy, but I'll take "correct and hot" over speed of service.

I cannot give an opinion about the food because I did not taste it, but the staff are friendly and kind

I was greeted by the most welcoming young lady. I believe her name was Becky. she was quite slow but her delightful personality made up for it :) will be dining again. Thank you Becky and staff for making an old biddies day. Sincerely Mrs S

Love kfc did a 10 hour shift got home did abit of shopping absolutely shattered so went got the party bucket with the wife drove back home the chicken was shocking the skin was burnt the flesh was all dry like it had been standing on hot plates for hours was so shattered and disappointed was to tired to take it back all went in the bin waste of £30 don't this place have any sort of qc or charge hands to check what they are sending out disgusting

The Mapperley KFC is one of the better KFC's out there, the food is always fresh and hot and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It's always clean inside you don't seem to have to spend ages waiting for your order like you do in some branches.

KFC never have anything in that you want. They say, "hello can I take your order?" I say, "I doubt it. Tell me what you have and we'll go from there." The service is poor and slow, so is the quality of food. Yet we still end up going there....

BUT. On this ONE OCCASION ONLY.

We were served by Coral.

Coral was polite and clear, sounded sincere in her delivery, and made the drive through experience the most enjoyable we've ever had! I was so pleasantly surprised that I had to write this review. Good customer service staff do exist within the KFC franchise. She also confirmed that it is not a 24 hour restaurant. Doors close at 1030 drive through closes at 11pm.
If you go to this KFC ask for Coral :)

Nice KFC. Very clean restaurant. Fast service. Food is always hot and fresh. Better than the average KFC franchise.

Good hot well cooked chicken. Tastes wonderful.
Why are the French Frys limp and just warm?
Drinks could be better.
But we go for the chicken!!!!

Not been here in a while, but the food as well cooked and service was good.

Speedy service from loveley folks. It doesn't matter when I pass, the place is always busy, but it doesn't put a dampener on customer service from staff.
There have been times, when ordering and buying in store, that my order has been wrong, but the problem has been fixed and accounted for with no issues.

An item missing off our order and the food was cold even though I waited for the order at the shop.
Waited longer than normal for the food to be ready.

I went there tonight and Helen & Isaac were amazing! So helpful and went the extra mile. Them two would make me come back again

Got to be the best KFC in Nottingham the staff are polite and friendly, food is delicious.

They did get my order wrong but was quickly resolved by the staff.

All items are available again after all the issues with the delivery supply chain.

Very busy so had a bit of a wait but staff very apologetic and me a free drink and extra fries! Food very hot and fresh! Will go again!

I've ordered via the mobile app and gone to the store to pick up a few times now and the food is always ready and delicious. Thanks for all your hard work!
