Cafe in the Park

We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Cafe in the Park. Staff were really friendly and the food really good quality. I would recommend ordering chicken, brie and cranberry toasted sandwich! My partner enjoyed the triple sausage ciabatta too.

Had tea and cake here recently. As usual the service was friendly and the food and drink was excellent. I have visited many times and would highly recommend. Called in again in August and had this lovely coffee and pecan cake. Added sime Valentine cake photos for February 2024

Home made pie and roasters with lovely thick gravy. Top notch food. Nice environment to sit and super staff. Even better not overpriced in any way. I’d score it 11 out of 10

We went there after seeing all the good google reviews. We went for the large full traditional breakfast. Best i had in a while. Things were not greasy, the quality of food used were on another level to normal cafes. Really worth the money. We shared this and it only cost around £8. The surrounding was amazing on a beautiful hot day.

It's a great cafe in a lovely location. Friendly staff and a warm welcome. Highly recommended.

I visited here recently with my daughter, & decided to sit inside. It was lovely to see that there were various toys, & colouring crayons, to keep kids entertained whilst waiting for food.

I decided to go for a flat white, & for food I had the lasagne which was cooked & tasted perfectly. My daughter had the jacket potato with chilli con carne. We didn’t get any desserts, but I did get a bag of sweets for my return journey home.

The staff were helpful, & pleasant, when severing me, brining our drinks & food to the table.

We stopped here for a cuppa on a long drive and was pleasantly surprised at the low cost yet high quality (Biscoff Millionaires Shortbread, by the way👌)

The view was lovely, staff was great and bonus points for the dog section (we didn't have a dog but loved seeing them).

Had really 'on point' midday nosh here. Good unpretentious food and cosy atmosphere, with a proper coffee as well.

Good menu with good portions. Cakes and tray bakes are value for money. Friendly service. Lovely setting.

Lovely place to have a meal, snack or ice cream, just to stop by and rest a little. Lovely and very friendly staff, keeping the place clean and running on the clock, even during rush hours. Lovely location by the beautiful park.

Nice cosy place for tea or coffee and a light bite. Nice variety of savories and sweets with pleasant service. Seating inside and out and at a very reasonable price.

Great little cafe in the park. Inside and outside tables, dog friendly outside with an area set aside inside. Staff friendly and helpful . Order food inside and have a good selection of light meals, our soup and tostie was delicious. Food came quick. cakes really fresh. Cost low to moderate, toilets nearby along with other facilities in the park.

This is really lovely spot with pretty views and well-placed for the way back from a good hike in the hills.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The early grey tea is a highlight. Plus there's a masive outdoor area.
