Farmgate Llangrannog Farm Shop

A real farm shop in the farm's old lambing shed (as oppose to a shop just branded as a 'farm shop'). Small and perfectly formed with a gorgeous array of food and local craft products. We walked from our self catering cottage, through the wind and rain, and were rewarded with super local vegetables, honey ,beef and eggs from the farm and some lovely local soap and a candle. The farmer in the shop was so friendly and helpful. We returned on our way home to get our milk bottle deposit and buy more freshly laid eggs (some are from rescue hens) and an exciting looking jar of preserved limes. Well worth a visit. I'd be a regular shopper for sure if local to us.(Freshly locally baked real sourdough bread and pastries available on Saturdays)

This is a true, local farm shop. All the meat is from the farm. The vast majority of the produce sold is locally sourced. Yes, it is more expensive than a supermarket, but what price do you put on quality?

Visited today with my mother-in-law, what a lovely little shop, bought some lovely home-made jam and their own honey. Lovely local soaps and candles too. So glad we went the long way to Llangrannog otherwise we wouldn't have seen it. Hope you get lots of trade over the summer :)

We have just enjoyed the Farm Shop's Pork, Apple and Welsh Cider sausages for dinner. They are absolutely delicious - my husband said they are the nicest sausages he's ever eaten! Praise indeed from someone who has eaten and enjoyed a lot of sausages!

High recommendation for this fabulously friendly wee farm shop on a country lane. The fruit and veg exceptional flavours and quality. Will be back with a cooler bag next visit to load up the great looking locally farmed meats.

Exceptional service! I can't remember the last time I visited place like this with such a passionate owner. The most friendly and knowledgeable about her products! I have picked a selection of cheeses which will be served on New Year's Eve party 🙂

What a treat, such a unique and special farm shop. It may be small but they are BIG on local produce. It don't get more local than this folks.
