Lovely warm & welcoming medium sized store that has a great range of all food, drink & household goods, including daily newspapers.

Very relaxing to sit on a stool people watching out of the window while sipping your free tea or coffee if you have a my Waitrose card.

I bought stone baked bread it's really nice with soup. Lenor perfume fabric conditioner parfum des secrets wasn't on special offer, so I didn't buy it today. It's really good, worth buying when reduced because it's a bit pricey £5 per litre.

Since writing this review I've become disillusioned with waitrose.Youve done nothing about about plastic.
Your prices have risen more than I can now afford.
I've got little choice where I shop where I live.
Your pricing is hard to follow as you use kg and unit's.
Your produce is always In the wrong place so finding the correct price is difficult .
I've requested call back's over the last year but never receive one.
You've become the same as other supermarkets

I'm rating my John Lewis online order collection experience. I have placed my order and received collection invite much sooner than expected, which was great. When arrived i didn't have to wait even a minute before a smiling and polite assistant took my details and went to retrieve my item. It wasn't even 5 minutes and I was on my way back. Highly recommend this service.

Absolutely fabulous waitrose. I have the same lady serve me on the basket till every Sunday too. Just enjoy my shop there. Also not sure if he comes from the store but my delivery driver for my online weekly shop is fabulous too.

There are many different varieties of international food and items available.

I like Andover Waitrose, the staff are helpful, friendly and go out of their way to find the produce you want. I enjoy shopping in the store and I love the bread section. I have a weird diet and I can find things I can eat in there easily.

Great place to shop. With the Waitrose store card there some great offers and savings.
Now reintroduced the free coffee.

Good controls for keeping everyone safe. Good range of products. Lots of specials and deals. Plenty of helpful staff available.
