A great vacation. The 2 new parks Xejuyup (paid entrance) and Club Mil Palmeras (free unlimited entrance) are spectacular and beautiful.

Most restaurants have very tasty foods. The weakest one was the Mexican one, unfortunately. The Guatemalan was great and the Hawaiian one as well (lovely place). Restaurant prices are fine. In the Mexican one, we had a waiter that kept taking our utensils and plates before we were finished. It was so awkward. Kept hovering around our table.

Some things have changed compared to 9 years ago, mostly positive changes.

Swimming pools are relaxing and pretty but remain too cold.

I wonder why access to the parks isn't free (apart from Club Mil Palmeras) considering that we're overpaying for the hotel room. The train is free though.

There's no included breakfast with the hotel room, no included meals, so nearly everything is paid. Even mini golf clubs and ping pong paddles have a small fee.

I reviewed our hotel room in the Santa Cruz review area but to summarise, the room needs maintenance and the beds/pillows are hard and uncomfortable. I'm sure the other hotels are better.

Ways to improve:
- Have all-inclusive packages. It is a resort after all, just no beach :(.
- Update your website that is clearly 10+ years old. There's hardly any information and it's not accurate.
- Include free access to all the parks for hotel guests. We're already paying a lot per night.
- Reduce AC strength in restaurants.
- Please, heat up the swimming pools at least a bit! Water is so cold.
- Not related to hostales but allow us to re-enter parks since we paid for them (can't re-enter - what a silly rule).

I stayed at La Ranchería, very clean, all surrounded by the natural environment, flowers, and vegetation. Peaceful but fun. All the staff is dedicated to serving above and beyond.

It's a beautiful place to visit in Guatemala great service and clean rooms. The nature, the parks, all beautiful. Thank you.

The place is a great place to spend a good week out of the Matrix, quiet, calming vibes, is a lovely place. But please make sure you don’t leave nothing behind, got a bad experience, forgot my AirPods (I guess room keeping) doesn’t know that apple devices can be tracked, and end up 20 minutes in Guatemala City, and the keepers allegedly she never took them, I could’ve give her a good tip for her honestly but she decide to keep them… but other than that the place is fenomenal

We come here for a week every other month. Right now we are here with my husband's large Latino family and we are having the best time. Everything is clean. We don't get bothered by anyone. We have everything we need.

Absolutely incredible in every way, we"ll definitely be back!

It has been the best place for relaxing in Guatemala so far.
Everything is clean the staff are very friendly. I really enjoyed this place I didn't want to go come to my routine after this experience. I recommend it highly, I am sure you won't regret.

A really nice resort with exotic animals. A lot of activities like water slides, mini golf, and rides as well.

The rooms are clean, have a fan, and AC, the showers have cold and hot water, you have access to different pools.

Great resort. Stayed in a suite. Comfortable firm beds, clean rooms. Housekeeping needs to do inventory at the beginning and end of your stay, which is different from American hotels. They have multiple pools, putt putt, a nice gym, ping pong, tennis courts, squash, bowling, and a cheap spa.

The place is really well taken care of, the rooms have themes, a lot of nature around,i loved the peacocks! There's a train that takes you to a water park and/or an amusement park. The food could be a little better.

Its really big and clean i love it, people are sweet and its also secure. Room services is great, food is very good, the employees there will do anything to make you feel comfortable.

My family and I loved, loved this place! It had everything we needed, from rec activities to relaxing by the many swimming pools. Friendly staff and great restaurants to choose from. We will definitely be returning 🙌

You definitely need this place. When looking for a cozy ans relaxing place come to Irtra they have lots of activities and plenty of room space for you and your family. Great place where take care of environmental areas.

Had so much fun in the pool. Family enjoyed it to the fullest. Awesome service. Delicious micheladas.
