It has nice atmosphere. It's not high enough to see everything but very chilling and peaceful. If you want to take slow. I'd recommend you to go there.

The "I Love Santa Rosa" sign at the bottom of the stairs is popular with visitors. A Ten Commandments monument awaits at the top, and there is a good view of the town.
