Frankopan Castle

A must see if you are on the island of Krk. The castle is very well restored and you have a fantastic look on the city center when you are on the top of the castle.
Entry prices are very fair. We paid 19€ for four adults and two children.
Don't miss it when you are in Krk.

It is small museum , entry fee is 20kuna , but view around is great. It is small part of croatian history and nice to see it. Parking place is nearby aprox. 200m away. Lots of stairs there to tower there 😀 , but you can see harbour and couple of beaches around. Reccomended.

Thats a nice place to visit in Krk. It took us around 20-25 mins to see all. Maybe there are not many exhibitions (really a few) but the view is great and taking under considerstion low price (20kuna per person and 60 kuna for a family ticket) i really recommend it to visit.

A nice castle with some exhibits about the history of it. Only took about 25 minutes to Wal through, but the low price made it worth a visit.

Short and almost effortles tour around the Frankopan castle walls. The view on the town of Krk is amazing, especially if you pay a visit during the sunset, like we did. It takes a little bit if climbing the stairs though. But it's not that hard, even if your condition is average. It wasn't crowded and you can buy the tickets without reservation. Must see if you visit Krk!

Beautiful castle walls by the sea, from which you can admire wonderful views of the sea.

Small but so nice! 6 euro for an adult I think

The city is very nice. Take time to visit the Frankopan castle and the cathedral and have a walk along the harbor with yachts. The castle is small, has a well and a catapult in the court and a collection of weapons in the towers. From the towers and walls there opens a superb view onto the lighthouse and sealine. The entrance costs 22hrk for adults

Entry fee is very low & as the castle isn't that big, it doesn't take all too long to go through it. Awesome activity for adults who are interested in history or just want to visit a monument.

The castle is a beautifully reserved example of the medeviel castles that the mobility maintained to control their territory and maintain their status.

Beautiful medieval castle of the Frankopan noble family, the inside of the castle is a museum and you can climb the walls for an amazing view

Definitely worth the visit! It was interesting to learn some history and have a great view of the seaside and the city from above.

I was only for night walk but place was wery nice, Lot of space and sorrunding restaurants and bars.

Very interesting Castle built somewhere in the 11th century. Well worth the 4 euros to enter the museum.
