A large port, built not too long ago to take the traffic out of downtown Zadar. It is the start and destination for many of the ferry lines connecting the multitude of islands of mid Dalmatia to the mainland Croatia as well as Italy. The port is big enough to service cruise ships as well. If you are going to one of the local islands just look for the domestic port and then look for the lanes for your specific island destination. Tickets can be bought at the ramp booth just before the line to the ferry (toll booth stylesales point) and tgey take cash (Euro) or credit cards.

We took a ferry to Dugi Otok, everything was fine. In the morning was just a few cars there, no waiting time to buy a ticket. Nice two coffee bars, where you can stay and have a good coffe, if you come also a little bit soon like we :) We came already at about 8:30, almost no cars was waiting so soon & approx. at 9:40 started to get on the board, we left port exactly at 10:00.

Well organized, if traveling with a car you can purchase ticket on a drive in ticket booth

We have waited in line for a long time, but it was very well organized, and we have left with the ferry at the promised time with no delay. People do not get angry if you have been placed on the wrong lane they help you get in the right one.

If not many boats in, ideal to refuel roud Zadar ports.

New port, good signs to help tourists find their way into the city centre. Takes about 45min. walk to get to the old part of the city.

Best ferry port in Croatia! Ferry to Ugljan goes every hour, direct connection from highway, bus shuttles from the airport.

Loveley place definitely worth a visit if on a cruise ship nice half day out

Super vymyšleno,jednoduchý příjezd od dálnice,nemusí se jet do centra jak postaru a jsou zde 2 restaurace anebo blízká čerpací stanice PHM.
