Avant Car - Car rental Dubrovnik airport

I booked direct with avantcar and I also took out the full insurance with them for piece of mind. They were the best price of all the car hire companies at the airport. I was able to check in online so it was a quick pick up when I arrived. The staff were very friendly and I was literally on the road in 5 minutes. The car was great. It was new with less than 10,000 km's on the clock. When I returned the car it was also hassle free with the staff being very friendly. Most people I see leaving bad reviews either didn't bother to read the terms and conditions which happen to be the same with every car hire company or they booked through a third party trying to save a few euro. Book direct with them take out the insurance with them and you will have a great cheap hassle free booking.

Everything was ok.
Booked directly from Avant website with carefree package (+200e deposit wich they returned after 2days of our ended journey).
Thought it will be a vw golf but got Dacia Sandero (30k mileage) it had multimedia with android auto wich helped to connect smartphone to the car and navigate with google maps. Dacia also had its own built in maps. Car was clean and easy to navigate. Fuel avg consumption 6liters/100km, we drove 800km within the hrvatska teritory.
Check in was very quick like 5min. Our return was out off hours at 6:00h (free of charge) there is a keybox at the office entrance and we droped the keys in and went to the airport.
Recommend. I would choose again because the prices and included packages are better than other car rent opponets.

Booked directly with Avant car as they were the best price. The customer service was great throughout from when we picked up the car to when we dropped it off. They also helped us out when our flight was delayed by over 5 hours which was much appreciated - would definitely use again

Saved my vacation. We were screwed over by Green Motion, who cancelled our reservation despite being made aware of our flight delay. Avant got us taken care of in no time. Friendly, eager to please, and just an all around pleasure to deal with. They more than made up for the crooks at Green Motion, and helped us have the best trip of our lives. Genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

The rent was perfect ! The car was new, it correspond to what we have paid on internet. For the 75€ for travelling to Montenegro, it is clearly mentionned on the voucher that we received on internet. Same for the Credit card, in France we all have debit card. But it is the same for other countries, in order to rent a car, it is always mandatory to have a credit card so we anticipate this ! The price is very attractive and the person at the desk was kind. I do not hesitat to say it when a service is bad, but I have to say also when it is good as with Avant Car ! thanks

Great service, very friensly staff, nice, almost new car. I appreciated they did not try to sell anything extra :)). Slightly too expensive for my taste but I rented during high season. Staff felt genuinly service minded so I will buy their service again.

The best rental company! I rented a car from him and they gave me a brand new car with 3km, and for a gift they gave me a small book of Croatia with a map and to help with the luggage. Staff is perfect and very helpfull.
I will back again.

We rented the car for 4 day. Price was really great one, we get small car that was more then enough for our trip. Car was clean and with all working parts. Fast and convenient service at a booth outside of the airport terminal (you have to walk outside first). We got a new-ish Opel that was very economic to drive, one full tank for a trip across the mountains of BiH, Serbia and Montenegro.

It was wonderful experience renting car from Avant Cars. We struggled at the beginning with other rental vendors but Avant Car has helped us over renting 2 cars with good price. Good service, Good customer satisfaction. Will definately recommend Avant Cars in Croatia. Just near to airport.

I got a VW T-ROC - very nice, new and clean in June 2022. The staff at the pick up point in Dubrovnik downtown and at the drop location at the Dubrovnik airport was very friendly. Even though I had a minor damage that incurred at a parking space in Brac island, the staff followed the right procedure and as I had the carefree package, I didn't have to pay anything and the reserved money on the credit card was released in full.

Wonderful experience with this company, I often took a car from them in Slovenia (Ljubljana) but this experience in Dubrovnik especially thrilled me.

We landed at Dubrovnik airport and had a reservation in Avantcar, after we left the terminal we immediately saw the Avantcar logo on our left.
The staff greeted us happily seeing us, we finished the reservation in about 7-10min. the friendly staff helped us with our luggage.

We got a brand new car as you can see in the picture a small blue SUV.

Great experience, very friendly staff and would highly recommend to others looking for a rental car, this is my second year in a row renting from Avant Car and I have had zero issues!

We happened to given a reservation to AvantCar through a third-party booking and could not be happier with our experience. Nino was very efficient and pleasant in arranging our car and all the necessary paperwork for our cross-border plans. Our Opel Corsa worked splendidly throughout the trip without any issues. When we returned the car, the manager Srden went above and beyond to help us get back to Dubrovnik when we found out that the shuttle was no longer working at that time, using his own Uber app to arrange a discounted trip for us back to the old city. We would highly recommend them for anyone coming to Croatia who happens to be flying through Dubronik. Hvala!!
