Five stars. Because. You get full flat. Clean. Shop in same building (very convenient). Restaurant Domestico in 5 meters of apartment’s. Quite good food. Decent pricing. And the most important airport in 2 min ride.
The Sky apartment owners offers a transfer to airport! And its free! Don’t forget to tip! ;)
In my opinion really good option if early flight is arranged.

Our host, Ivan went beyond our expectations. He was waiting for us at the airport to transfer us with our bikes to the apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equiped. Also benefits from a nearby supermarket and fabulous restaurant.
Our bike boxes were looked after for our return overnight stay. Transfer back to the airport was trouble free all, even though the apartments had officially closed due to end of season.
Ivan is a keen mountain biker and understands and supports travelling cyclists.

A really good experience. Very clean. Air conditioned rooms. Needed to stay a night due to late arrival at Dubrovnik airport. Timely transfers to / from airport and very nice breakfast included at restaurant next door. welcoming and friendly staff. Would stay there again.

Excellent location if you need to be close to the airport, which is a few minutes drive. The hotel provides free pick up and drop, which helps, if you have to return the rental car at one of the airport locations. The rooms are clean. There's a restaurant serving great pizzas and a grocery store on site.

Very close to the Dubrovnik Airport, Free transfer to the airport but you need to book the transfer in advance. Nice restaurant with the garden. Grocery store just next door. Parking is for free. Clean appartment with simple equipped kitchenette.

Super nice rooms and a free ~4 minute airport shuttle, even at 5 in the morning! I was just looking for a spot to stay overnight but I would've felt super comfortable spending a little more time here. The restaurant across the parking lot is good too (and where you need to go to check in if there's nobody in the office).

I'd strongly recommend taking the shuttle over walking. It's a doable ~15 minute walk but there's a stretch of about 100 meters of road with no sidewalk.

Perfect location near the airport if you have an early flight the morning after !

Very friendly welcome. The person at the reception helped us spontaneously to take our bagages into the room and suggested to make the pick up from the airport to the hotel when I have to give back my rental car.

The Appartment are very comfortable, very clean and like new appartment. One of or even the best quality / price we found during all our two weeks of holidays in Croatia.

Nice hotel close to the Dubrovnik Airport. Very good restaurant in the backyard. Some interesting paths for having a walk. Parking is for free. Transfer to the airport is for free (if requested in advance).

Surprisingly great place to stay and delicious restaurant! We stayed here on our last night after 2 weeks in Croatia. We didn't have high expectations for the "airport hotel". BUT We were pleasantly surprised to see nice spacious rooms with kitchen. The place is family run, the father drove us back/from airport (like 3 min away), the daughter & mother were overseeing the hotel and check-in, and the son works in the kitchen of the restaurant.

They offer free transport to/from the airport, so we were able to return the rental car (since our next day flight we had to be at airport by 5am). We dined in the restaurant which turned out to be one of the best meals we had throughout our 2 week holiday in Croatia. A nice cozy open setting, very friendly service, food was fantastic (all the dishes we tried) and extremely reasonable prices. Highly recommend this restaurant even if you are not staying here!

Really nice place to stay near the airport. Free shuttle service to the airport and very punctual. We dropped off our rental car the evening before our early morning flight and they picked us up from the rental office as well. The restaurant behind the hotel is very good. One of the best meals we had during our vacation.

Room as comfortable and in great condition. Service was outstanding with a free shuttle to the airport in the morning (which is only a minute away). But best of all was the food at the restaurant. One of our best meals while staying in Croatia!

Excellent family owned apartment building. Everything was clean and it had everything you needed. The store underneath the building was perfect for grabbing anything you needed and the owners even picked us up from the airport and took us to dinner in Cavtat. Excellent location close to the airport but a short car ride away you are in enchanted old Cavtat and not far from main attractions.

Very good service in general: the guy at the reception was super kind, and let us print our boarding pass at the reception. The morning of our departure they took us free of charge to the airport in the early morning.
The apartment was modern and clean, comfortable bed, very spacious in general - despite the noisy wind outside I had a restful night of sleep. We didn't use the kitchen of the apartment, but apparently it was fully equipped.
We won't hesitate to come back to sky apartments and rooms when we come back to dubrovnik; it's the perfect place to stay if you have a late arrival or early departure at the airport of Cilipi! Or if you plan to rent a car and visit Cavtat and Dubrovnik, maybe it's suitable for the whole stay as well.

Clean and spacious rooms. Reasonably priced restaurant and grocery store onsite. Convenient airport transfers, and responsive staff. Was perfect for the night before an early morning flight out of Dubrovnik.

Best choice nearby the airport, downstairs is supermarket, and the host is very very nice, my girlfriend told the host I was in the airport to return the car and she didn’t ask the host to pick up me, but the host came and even not sure what i looks like. It made our trip in Croatia have a perfect ended.

This appartments were nice and clean, with cost beds. We felt safe, because the door was opening by card. You can cook in the kitchen, use kettle or microwave oven and fridge. The only missing thing is some dryer to dry wet towels and clothes.

I spent an overnight mid-June - prices were moderate, everything else was outstanding: room, pick up and drop off airport transfer, service at booking/check in/transfers/restaurant, delicious food and very cozy atmosphere and setting. A grocery store and parking. A lot more than just a solution for an overnight close to the DBK airport.

Very neat and clean hotel run by a family which is super efficient. It’s 5 minutes from the airport and the owners arrange a pick up and drop.
