Beach Plišivac

🏖⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After a long drive to Croatia, Beach Plišivac in Podgora was an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation! The crystal-clear waters and golden sands welcomed me with open arms, offering the perfect remedy for travel fatigue. The serene atmosphere and stunning coastal views made it worth every mile. Beautiful beach. It's a typical Croatian peebles beach. Water color fantastic. A good amount of tree shady spots but you must be there really early in the morning. Bars, restaurants.. free showers on the beach. Parking fares from 100kn (road end beach parking) up to 70kn (port parking) per day.

Passed this beach a few times and sat close by on many occasions. It is a quiet beach just around from the marina with lovely views and as with all of the coast around Podgora the water was clean and a lovely shade of blue. There are great little seating areas that you can sit at and just chill. The road/footpath that gives access to the beach runs around to the Welcome to Podgora Boat. Well worth the walk as you get great views of the mountain range as well.

Great beach, least crowded in comparison to beaches nearby. Beautiful blue water. Beach is pebbles and gets deep very fast, so not very suitable for children. There are sunbeds for rent (8 euro per piece), which are dirty though. Quite few spots if natural shade under the trees. Two parking opportunities: 1) right at the beach (7-8 spots) - 3 euro per hour or 25 euro per day - payment is possible ONLY with coins, no bills are accepted. 2) big parking at the port (10 min walk) - 2 euro per hour or 25 euro per day.

Great pebble beach with trees that provide shadow. At beach are bars where you can have a drink or meal.

Beautiful place to visit early in the morning, before it becomes overcrowded.

Great place to stop for a swim on the drive between Split and Dubrovnik. Not at all crowded, natural shade, and also chairs for rent. Pebble beach. You can walk into the sea. Only problem is finding parking if the parking lot is full. We parked in the town in what we thought was an ok spot, but there was a displeased gentleman at our car when we got back. We were only there an hour- I think we might have gotten towed if we stayed all day.

Excellent beach, natural shades

Very nice beach, more intimate than other beaches in Podgora, specially suited for families with children. There are lot of pine trees giving enough shade from the sun.

Very beautiful place, great and calming view. Hard to find a space in the car park, the prices are 10kune per hour or 100 per day.

Clear water, shade from pine tree goes almost to the water, plenty of space. It gets really fun with tide and waves, and also a good diving spot.

Nice Beach Not so crowded

Few people, great clear water, nice restaurant, plenty of shade from the pine trees. A perfect beach! ... at least for me! :)

Just perfect! The only downside: just a little parking very expensive 15kuna/day.

Fantastic beach! Do not bother with Makarska, this is a place to spend time on Adriatic
