Puli Pineta

One of the best food experiences we had in Croatia. It’s a small menu with finest local dishes. Everything was freshly made. The starters, the salat, the pasta and the dessert were amazing. We had the salami and sour mushrooms as starters. Then we continued with pasta Istrien style and goulash. Our desert has been a local sweet dumpling and sweet cheese with ice cream and honey. Totally clear why this restaurant made in into Gault-Millau in 2021.

People who are here complaining about prizes and sizes I would recommend the XXXL pizza (1.2m) in Pula.

Wonderful restaurant with amazing home made food! i'd recommend goulash with gnocchi or any kind of pasta with truffles. Each time we visited, the food was very tasty and the staff friendly regardless if it was empty or full.

great simple homemade istrian cuisine. small menu but everything tastes great. its the most authentic istrian restaurant ive been so far. this is a truly hidden gem for me. psst..you have to try the dessert!

Good home cooked Istrian food. Great steaks - try the beef back. Very reasonably priced and friendly staff.

We visited at the start of the season so it was quiet in early May. But, definitely make a reservation.

Limited menu ( which is a good thing, you can't have fresh ingredients for 50 different dishes. We had the ombolo ( Istrian pork) and it was delicious. Friendly service. Definitely sorry we only discovered it on our last night in Istria. Would come again.

Service and meals were excellent. Local & homemade cooking really tasty. Waitress was lovely and full of attention. Highly recommanded if you're passing nearby.
