What a find! Beautiful freshly cooked trout one of the highlights of this delightful restaurant. We call here on the way back from our kayaking experience and our perfect day got even better. Lots of little seating booths surrounded by the sound of mini waterfalls and nature. Lovely food and wine in a perfect setting 🥰

Great place! Service was excellent and food was delicious 😋. We enjoyed it so much we returned another night. Our first night we had Bear Goulash and Grilled Trout. Second night we tried Grilled sausages with baked beans and chicken with a mixed salad.

Had our evening meal here - the starter were excellent! Smoked trout salad was delicious.
You can even see them swimming in the river pool! The mains and the wine were equally and tasty! The staff were pleasant and friendly would recommend!

Beautiful old stone and wood restaurant with streams literally on all sides plus a pond stuffed full fish. Lots of outdoor seating plus some small indoor private dining rooms. Great range of meals, steak, fish, venison, board, and bear! Can recommend the trout- best I've had, steak, and apple strudel

Absolutely gorgeous restaurant in a river. Never took so many photos of a restaurant before - very picturesque. The smoked trout salad was delicious. Definitely worth visiting.

Very nice place with a nice atmosphere. A lot of place to seat outside in cozy arbors next to the river cascades and enjoy the view. I would reccomend to go for grilled trout which is the local fish in that area, so fresh and tasty. Everything was really delicious - fish, salads and carrot cake. Staff is nice and friendly. Thank you we really enjoyed our dinner in your place so it was like cherry on the top of our day 🌺💕

Just the perfect match between location and food. The fish are as fresh as they can be, and you can sit just above the water and enjoy the sound of the waterfall nearby.
A bit on the pricey side, but worth it!

Enchanting spot with tables set amongst the waterfalls. The lamb under the bell was the best thing we ate our whole trip. Friendly staff, takes credit cards, great food and gorgeous setting.

Refreshing place to take a break. They serve food and drinks. They also prepare fresh trout that they hold in the river. There are some toys for small kids and they allow feeding of trouts which kids love. Coffee is average, service is good, place has charm.

If you were to pass through Slunj on your trip in Croatia, this restaurant is a must. It is located at a conjunction of two rivers and has astounding view of the waterfalls as seen in the pictures. The waiting staff is friendly and knows English, so you can communicate with them if you don't know Croatian. The food is even better than the view. I ate the grilled trout and it was juicy and delicious. The meat separated from the bones with little effort needed. The vegetables went great with the trout. (They also have free WiFi)

Went around 18:00 on weekday and it was not too busy. Beautiful outdoor seating and despite a storm roll through, we were well covered. Had the grilled trout and a side of potatoes. The trout was light and flavorful. Their blend of spices stuffed inside during grilling was perfect for the meat. True, the menu is meat heavy. My partner, a vegetarian had the side of grilled veggies and the bean salad, which was enough food. The veggies were grilled well, not too much oil, and the beans had great seasoning so that it didn’t taste like merely a bowl of beans. The staff was friendly and the service surprisingly fast. I cannot comment on the price, because coming from the U.S., it seemed more than reasonable to us. We about went back so I could get the bear goulash.

Great food in an idyllic setting with an old fashioned feel. There is a miniature water mill next to an enclosed pond with jumping trout. The grilled trout and polenta was great and the veal and potatoes was tasty too! I recommend it! The cheese strudel wasn't amazing though, everything else was great though.

Really beautiful place! We just had a drink there and although it was a busy lunch time we got our drinks fast. The only thing that was not so good is broken door in women’s restroom. They should fix it!
