Murter

Amazing island to anchor to and hide from the wind. Not as easy to climb as the other islands due to steepness and the different rock, which tends to weather into really sharp edges. Nevertheless if you have the power of will and some proper shoes you will be rewarded with amazing views of the Kornati.

Amazing island! I'm from Serbia, and because of our not friendly relationships I was afraid how will be, but I have only the best words about my holiday. Infrastructure was really great. I rent a bike for 4 days, and use Murter map in tourist info and I really can't believe that they have the road for bicycle only. Really amazing. From north to the south u need maybe 1 hour with a bicycle. From the end of Tisno to Jezera, u have walk and bicycle only, the road through the forest, by the sea, incredibly amazing! People also are very friendly, and I didn't have any trouble because I'm from Serbia. U will also find a different kind of beaches, but all of them have shade from one of all sides the pine forest. :)

Murtet is a great place to relax. A village with no crowds of tourists. Lots of nice cafes and shops. Close to Šibenik, Zadar, KRK park. Lots of nice beaches. Lots of good cafes and restaurants. Relatively few tourists

Beautifull meditetanian place with great private accomodation and hotels, lots of hi quallity restorants and natural beaches that offer you more than just see and sun. Also the place itself is like from postcard - old part brings you back in time. If you want to feel old Dalmatia and to see how our old ones used to live from olives and fishing - this is right place for you (at the same time you can stay in modern equipped apartments near beach). Just beautifull!

A nice island to stay and enjoy at. Great for family vacations or for vacations with friends.

Some of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic, very friendly locals, just a short boat ride from National Park Kornati.

Beautiful island, great beach. It had two water slides, spiral for kids and straight for adults it is 10m high. They also had massage tables on the beach and a big parking lot.

Beautiful island full of unspoiled nature, with relaxed vibe! Also one of the cleanest seas I've ever seen in life!
There's plenty of hidden and not overly cramped beaches for those who wish to have more relaxation and privacy!

Little tip: if you're to visit more isolated beaches bring sea shoes hence these beaches tend to be rather rocky, and with sea urchins.
