MARKET JELENA, BRAC

Great family run store with wide range of local products. We were doing shopping there every day during our stay on Pučišća and were impressed with quality of products. Try their local cheese, sausage and olive oil!

Cosy little market with a lot more than you'd expect inside. Really, really good fresh ricotta cheese, local prosciutto, nice breads, plenty of island fruit and veg to choose from. But it's the owners that make the place! They are so helpful and friendly. They were really responsible for how much we enjoyed our trip to this charming village. Open from about 6-22, every day.

We stayed a night in beautiful Pucisca moored to the quayside on 5 July 2017. Thanks to Jelena market and the family they helped make our visit with their incredible products, cheese, meats, veggies, fruit, you name it and their friendly attitude and advise. I highly recommend their store. It made me want to return every year. Maybe we will.

This is a little hole in the wall local market, that specializes in local foods. The owners are extremely hard working people, that always find time to listen to your needs and genuine nice and giving people. The olive oil is made from olives in their own garden, and all other local foods are also amazing as well. Take time to check it out.

Extremely friendly owner, helped us with information about the local dishes such as Blitva. Highly recommended to do your groceries! We’ll be back next year.

Ona Bračanka, on Bosanac, krajišnik. Navrnite u Pučišća i ovdje kupite bračke delicije po normalnim cijenama - raffiole, kroštule, arancine, narancine, marmeladu od naranče ili smokava, pršut, domaće maslinovo, ovčiji sir, paprike punjene inćunom...

Sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hatte mir auf dem Weg mit der Fähre nach Pucisca mit den Koffern geholfen. Die Früchte im Laden sind SUPER lecker und frisch. Weiter so. 😎

Harry fué un anfitrión afectuoso, fué el primer paso para sentirnos en casa en Prucisca, la ciudad más bella que visité en Brac.
Recomiendo Market Jelena para disfrutar de productos locales de excelente calidad.

Sehr gute auswahl an Obst und Gemüse. Neben altäglichen Dingen für's leben, auch immer wieder lokale Fleischsachen. Nicht immer alles aber dafür frisch und lokal. Natürlich auch Olivenöl und Käse aus dem Ort oder umgebung. Preislich ein wenig gehobener als von der Kette, dafür von der Insel.
