Hotel Castellum

Very nice hotel with modern decorated rooms. The breakfast was ok. The only thing I have to complain about is the shower. After showering the whole bathroom is wet and becomes very slippery. That’s really not necessary. I really don’t understand this new trend.

Room is clean and quiet in general.
Breakfast had a good range of food and always serve earlier than their schedule, it is very flexible.
Staffs are Really friendly and caring. I was leaving in very early morning and staff just back to work, then he rush to kitchen prepare a breakfast box for me. I can’t tell how much I appreciate for that !
They also have good environment in bar so you can get a good glass of wine.
Place are easy to walk around & safe.

Quite possibly the best hotel in Cakovec. Trendy. Fun. Clean and spacious rooms. Great location if you wish to explore the nearby castle Zrinski and/or old centre of the city. Complimentary breakfast is actually surprisingly good given the fact that usually complimentary breakfasts are way beyond any thrills. Extra bonus for beer drinkers: hotel bar has a selection good of local craft beers.

Staff perfectly polite and helpful, especially since I called the latest of last minutes. The rooms are clean, tidy, perfectly organised, and very quiet. Breakfast served in great variety, all beautifully cooked. Coffee delicious. Everything one needs is in walking distance. I recommend this hotel from the heart. 10 stars, would visit again. A++

Hotel is clean, staff is very friendly. Breakfasts are selfservice with very good food. 500m away from hotel is old city centre, 200m away is old city fortress.
Very good location to catch some fresh air and see some local point of interests.

The hotel is very cosy. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Great bed!
The breakfast buffet is just right by my standards.
Hotel bar has a good selection of drinks, the staff is young and very pleasent. Conference room is great for small to medium meetings and the equipment worked just great.
All in all, my stay here was excellent.

fantastic, Modern rooms, very clean. Breakfast buffet. Could use some sandwiches at the bar in the evenings if you are traveling and don't have time to run around for something to eat, but I recommend it when staying in the area.

A perfect hotel adjacent to the central park of Cakovec and its medieval fortress. Only 5 minutes of a perfect walking scenery to the town centre. Also a great place to have a coffee or drinks. Has a very nice wine cellar in the basement.

Really nice establishment, friendly staff, clean and modern rooms only one small picky note is the breakfast coffee quality needs some improvement.

Hotel is really good actually one of top two in Čakovec area and probably the best in city center according accommodation and prices.

Wonderfull place, clean rooms, very nice place and people, near old town and park.

Excellent place to grab a cup of coffee in the park, nice surroundings and the decoration of the place. The prices are more expensive, but given it is a 4 star hotel, it is ok.
