Petrocelli Caffé Étterem & Kávézó

In Gardony, at a perfect location with a spectacular view of the lake it is a stylish and good quality restaurant. The waiters are friendly, polite and patient with kids. Dogs are allowed and are being served with water. Well, there was also a huge, peaceful cat at the next table. I took a fish soup, with lots of catfish inside. This was perfect and think enough for a big lunch. Thank you.

Very nice view, it is right at the coast which makes it a prime location all year long. The staff is nice, the coffee was average, so all good, would recommend it.

I'd leave more than only 5 stars if I could. One of the most beautiful locations I have been in all of Hungary. Discovered the restaurant last year by coincidence, since it's kind of hidden and can only be reached by foot if you walk along the promenade of Velence lake - which is kind of sad because it's a really nice buffet/bar with a beautiful view of the sunset over the lake, of course only if you stay long enough. The prices are totally acceptable and the quality of their dishes is just on top. I've eaten my most favourite Hungarian dish at Petrocelli last year, júhtúrós sztrapacska, but unfortunately they took it off their menu this year. Still, even though it wasn't on their menu anymore, I carefully asked if I could get a plate of júhtúrós sztrapacska (because I remembered it being really good there) and without even batting an eye they served me the most delicious plate I've eaten this whole year and I can tell you, I've been to a whole lot of restaurants to get the same dish one more time but it was nowhere nearly as good as it was at Petrocelli. It was a shame I've only visited once, if i would've known this was my only chance of getting my favourite Hungarian dish made THIS well I definitely went more than once. I know it's nothing I can influence and if it's their decision to take it off their menu then it's probably for a good reason. I'm still thankful I was able to get it one (probably) last time. It has a very nice view! The koffee is also very good. Our son likes their biscuits very much. :)

The food was incredible, we had pizzas and they were just like the original Italian pizza. Staff was super nice and helpful.

Úgy keveredtünk ide, hogy a verőfényes időben bekapcsolt viharjelzés miatt nem adott ki kajakokat a szomszédos kölcsönző, és a nyaram legjobb meglepetése lett ezen az árnyas, remek panorámájú teraszon ücsörögni, többször megismételtem azóta. A halászlé egyenletesen kiváló volt minden alkalommal, rendes, feszes húsú szürkeharcsát főznek bele és sosem találkoztam szálkával. Jó a rántott harcsa, a sztrapacska meg a bolognai is, egyedül a vastag és nehéz palacsinta nem jött be. A személyzet összes tagja folyamatosan szuperkedves.

A bécsi kv készítésének még nincs "protokollja" 😄,tesztelik a vendégek melyik elkészítési módra szavaznak. (Nálunk 1-1 volt a szavazat, de igazándiból mindegyik kv nagyon finom volt, de én mégis a forralt borra szavaznék😊)

Májpástétomot ettünk "reggelire", és kávéztunk. Csak jókat tudok mondani: különlegesen finom volt az étel, igényes tálalásban, a kávé rendben, a pincérek kedvesek, segítőkészek, a hely hangulata kellemes, a kilátás csodaszép. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek.

Az ételek, italok kivétel nélkül nagyon-nagyon finomak voltak. A kiszolgálás szuperkedves, felüdülés a balatoni flegmaság után. A teraszról egy az egyben a naplementét lehet végignézni. Egyedül a női mosdó, ami nem volt topon (viszont az elcsípett beszélgetésekből ítélve valószínűleg ez csak átmeneti probléma, nem állandó jellegű, ezért nem is vonnék le csillagot miatta). Ajánlom :)

Sztrapacskát és gundel palacsintát kértem. Az elsőről van képem, de miután a palacsintába belekóstoltam nem bírtam megállni egy fotó erejéig, nagyon jó volt. Kedves és gyors volt a kiszolgálás annak ellenére hogy sok volt a vendég.

Ízlett a Jókai bableves, a kiszolgálás pedig csúcs volt. Köszönjük!
