Fehértói Fish Restaurant and Pension

I went to the restaurant and I can say that the food is delicious, everything I ate was very very good and a lot, big portions. The prices aren't cheap, but I enjoyed the experience.

The fish soup is a must!!

Great restaurant to go and eat some hungarian fish dishes. I had the fish soup and for kids fish and chips which they liked a lot.

Besides the food the toilets are really clean and the parking spots are accessible for everybody.

I stopped there to eat. I like to eat local foods in different places to check cuisine experience. Here a winner. Didn't stay at the hotel, so nothing to say about. But the soup....
They asked what we want, i said two gulaș soup. The waiter came with that cauldron :)). What you see in the last photos is the rest after me and my fiancee eat two plates each and a little extra. And there still was a lot. Very big portions, but very tasty. Maybe the small portion would be enough for still the hunger, but for the pleasure of eating.. for sure not enough, you must go for the big one :) ladies know what I'm saying :)). No, now without joking, the gulaș was good to very good. Didn't have any other in memory to make compare, but you must stop there and eat, maybe worth even a small detour for this.
I shall return for sure :)

Best food ! I allways stop to eat and it was great every time.
The acomodation needs an update to 2024 but the rooms are big and clean.

We ate at the restaurant. The portions are big, the food is really tasty and the waiters are really kind and helpful. A bit pricey but it's worth it.

Gold for people who enjoy very good food.
Be sure to pass by and enjoy their cooking, personal is friendly and speak multiple languages. Highly recommend it!

The gulash soup is the best you can get. Also the fish soup

This place was recommended to us by a Hungarian friend to try the fish soup. We were driving by so decided to try fish soup with carp fillet and we were certainly not disappointed. The goulash we had was also great. We will certainly be happy to return here again.

Restaurant close to the highway, just 4km i think. Planty of space , alot of chairs, alot of parking space.
Food is incredible good, especially the fish which is cooked in several ways.
I recomand to eat fish speciality, i beleive is pretty fresh, because it taste very good.
Service is good, prices normal, huge portions !
Terase is also big, ready to fit alot of people.
There are also rooms, but i did not checked/ stayed here for the night, o stoped only to eat and it was a very good decision.
I recomand this place if you want to eat tasty food and you are hungry :)

We received news from all of our friends that we must drive to this restaurant to eat the "Goulas Soup" because there is the best in all of the Hungary. We didn't really believe that it is so good as they say. But we were never more wrong! Here really is the best Goulas Soup in all of Hungary! The taste is really the best!!! I ate a normal portion, but definitely next time I will buy the big portion, because it was really realy good!
I also tried the "Beef Paprikas with Galuska"!!! The best food in a long time! I totally recomend this place for the very very good food and I recommend to give it a try.
They also have a tower and if you go up, you can see all of the ponds and water where all they're fish come from.

The traditional Hungarian food is excellent, the portions are huge and delicious, and the menu is in English, Hungarian and Romanian! There was a question in the Googlemap questionnaire if I ate there or takeaway - well... the portions were so big that I ate a quarter there and three quarters I got takeaway. if you pass by Szeged, don't miss this place!

Excellent food, especially the mixed fish soup. I also recommend the fish rinds (small crispy fried pieces of fish) and the Camembert with a nut crust, it’s delicious. For dessert, I recommend the chestnut purée with whipped cream.

Very nice people and the serving is more than excellent. Someone si coming in the very minute that you seat on the table with the menu and the food comes very quick (i recommend the fish goulash soup, the best ever ever) and it comes in 2 minutes after order. The portion for 2 persons is too big for 2. Also, you can pay in forint, euro, romanian lei and also for the tips. I strongly recommend this restaurant from all my heart. I never pass Hungary without going there to eat. The people there speaks hungarian, english, romanian and maybe other languages. Very nice and smiling

Stopped by to eat. I had some fish soup nr 81 I think. Huge servings and delicious taste. They have big and small sized portions of most of foods. I was pleased with everything from the staff, ambiance, service, everything. I recommend. Forgot to take a proper picture.. so here it is what was left before I finished my soup.

We were there only for food, which was delicious and in huge portions. The staff is really helpful and kind. I would recommend the restaurant to anyone.

This is opened 24h, including the kitchen! The place is clean and very big. The food portions are huge and the food is really good. You must try the soups: goulash, fish and garlic, they are lovely.

Best restaurant I've been in Szeged! It's a beautiful place, waiters/waitresses are very kind, and the food is incredible! Definitely will be back
