Very relaxing, stress-free get away
This is a 4 star hotel with 5 star service. All the employees were very friendly and welcoming from the beginning. We had the best sauna séance ever and the masseurs were great and professional too. The spa area is just perfect. It is really cool that you have an opportunity to play bowling as well. The service was exceptional in terms of my dairy free diet, I was able to choose from different choices every day and the staff brought me dairy free cakes every day. I can only recommend this place for a stress-free get away.

Points that can be improved:
- it would be great if there was a pool table as well in the hotel or a game room
- during the check-in procedure, the staff could highlight the animation opportunities and if any of them will be cancelled
- the furniture in the sauna area and salt room are not the most comfortable ones
- the furniture in the room, especially in the bathroom is quite worn out
- the restaurant staff could be nicer in the morning and evening service and smile more often
- the breakfast menu could have wider choices (fruit salad, varied pastries, ect)

Really good in this category
+ nice rooms and building, good sauna sessions, kind staff, tasty breakfast and dinner, afternoon hot Wein and cookies.

- really uncomfortable beds in the sauna area and I missed the cold diving pool.

One of the best hotels in Hungary, excellent spa and wellness area, really friendly staff. The food was also very good. We were satisfied!

Nice and cosy wellness hotel. We have some events organized here, it was going well. The rooms are good. Could not try the pool area, though...
