Freyja - the croissant story (Buda)

One of the finest destinations for croissants. Anything pistachio and raspberry is a must. I usually visit the Pest side location, but this time I just wanted to explore and try the one on Buda. This branch tends to be less crowded, with most ppl opting to take their croissants to go. For the best experience, I recommend arriving before noon to ensure you get to taste their croissants.

Lovely place in a super cosy & quiet area with nice view of the hills.
Super delicious pistachio croissant and this yummy which I don’t know the name 😄.
You also can park the car in their parking.

Excellent experience at Freyja in the 2nd District. Oversized croissant with Prosciutto and cheese. Some nice sparkling wine. A variety of baked treats.

Pistage all the way 10/10

Still as good coffee & sweets, a must go to place in Budapest. Quick service & friendly staff.

At first sight it seems a little overpriced, but when you taste it, you will know that it worths the price. Highly recommended!

They are definitely the croissant Gods! We got the raspberry chocolate, mango/apple, goat cheese, and pistachio croissant. The pistachio and raspberry chocolate were my favorites. The fillings are VERY rich though and our eyes were bigger than our stomachs.
The Mortadellas Ciabatta was filled with ham and cheese, they do not skimp! You get your money’s worth. The kombucha here is very strong, it does taste like alcohol very much so.

We had a nice time there, i like that it's close to the hiking routes. Good coffee and pastries.

Croissants are tasty. Cafe is in nice, green area. Great vibe with inside and outside sitting.

A bit on the pricier side but soooo worth it!!! We had caramel croissant muffin and almond croissant and it was delicious!

Quiet park with trees and tennis courts. Quality pastry, good coffee and soft drinks. It can be pricey, but the service and the goods are very good.

Best croissant place in Budapest. Tasty, fresh, local ingredients. Couldn’t recommend it more!
